"Thats good so you really like helping people huh?" She asked and sipped the wine smiling happily at the tast. She then said. "Oh I was cleaning the house to um take my mind off things"She said and this pointed out to Marget how clean the hosue was.

"Oh. well I'm glad you were able to keep your mind off things, and I'm glad the house is clean." Margaret felt a little embarassed. Still it was better news than Lily had spent the morning crying. "You're quite the hard worker aren't you Lily?"

She took a bit of pizza. It was pretty good. "Well, I've thought up an idea for how we can start out the babying. There will be some rules involved, so I figure I'll explain them up front, and we can talk about them. Ready to start?" She asked.

Lily shugged "I guess I like to work it was like a hobby as I grew up ha I sound really pafetic dont I"She laughed at herself a bit.

"Oh ok sure "She said shyly and listened

"Not the least. Honestly I think you're an amazing girl to have gone through all you did and still be a nice kind caring person. Most people would either turn bitter, or end up on drugs." Margaret realized that sounded a bit insensitve after saying it. "Never mind, lets talk about happier things."

"Alright, here's my proposal. I don't expect you to be diapered outside the house, in face at all times outside this house I'll treat you as an adult. I do recomend you continue to use the pull-ups, and maybe carry some spares in your purse, but that's just for sanitary reasons. You'll still be a big girl."

"Now at home its a slightly different story. In general, I want you to be diapered at all times. If I'm home, I'll change you, but if I'm not you can change yourself. And while I do expect you to use your diapers for thier intended purpose, I don't expect you mess in them. You can use the toilet for that."

Margaret paused a moment. "Are you with me so far?" She figured it would be best to take this in stages, so she could address Lily's concerns about each part.

Lily listens. She blushed bright red at the idea of her changing her and haing to wet herself then she rielizes that she basicaly dose that any way. "Um alright but um at first when I'm using them can I have a little privacy while I do it...I kinda have a nervous bladder dont laugh im probly the only person in the world with a weak and nervous bladder"She said but was smiling shyly

Margaret shrugged. "Sure, it doesn't bother me. You don't even need permision, you can go anywhere in the house you want." She did think it was kind of a weird combo, but if it made the girl more comfortable.

"Now, about going out. You can leave when you want, but please either tell me or leave a note. Like I said, I worry about you, so this will make me worry less. Also, when going out I expect you to take your new cellphone, the mace, and if its cold a jacket. If you go without them, I get to punish you."Margaret continued with the rules.

"Oh that reminds me, your new cell. Its not to complicated, but my number is already programed in to the contacts. Do you want a chance to look at it?" Margeret held the small black phone up for Lily's inspection.

"I'm sorry I worried you hun. I wasnt thinking"She said . She was going to say somthing sexy about the punishments but she had a feeling she was sereous.

She looked at the phone and rolled her eyes "Youd dint need to spend so much money but thansk"She said. She shivered seeing the spray and said "That stuff hurts like hell"She said. She was sprayed with it whens he was only 15 and one of her ex girlfirned homphobic moptehrs saw her kissing her duaghter

"Let me guess, had an accident with it once before?" Margaret gave a sympathetic smile. "I had a friend who was being attacked, and shot herself in the face with her own mace. The man who was trying to mug her ran off. Later er got arrested for another mugging earlier that night and she reported what happened to her to the police, and when the police questioned him he said he thought she was having a seizure and that's why he ran." It wasn't really funny, but when said friend had shared the story the whole room had broke into laughter.

"Now, I'm not going to give you a curfew or a bedtime. I do expect you to occasionaly call me and tell me where you are if you're out late. Also I that if I'm home when you go to bed I should put you to bed. Now I want you to sleep in the crib when you're not sleeping with me, but I'm willing to be lenient in that regard for now." Margaret took another bite of pizza. "Good choice of pizza by the way Lily."

She took a few more bites, finishing the piece, and then washed it down with a drink of wine. "Now, time permitting, I'd like to bathe you before bed, and in the morning too, or alternatively shower together in the morning. Are you alright with that?" She wasn't sure how the self concious girl would feel about being seen naked. She didn't care about the scars, but Lily did.

"Oh will my incident is when I was 15 and when my ex's mother used it on me for kissing her daughter"She said.

She blushed at the idea of sleeping in the crib but nodded. She then said. "I would really love to sleep with you a lot but I don't want my nightmare waking you"She said sadly.

She blushed at the idea of her washing her naked. Lily hatted her body but needed to get used to being seen naked. She had a feeling she would know how to help with this. "Tonight could we maybe have a nice bath together I have always wanted to have a bath with someone"She said it was such an odd but very simple thing to want
