Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

shikamaru seems like the type that would just be lazy and wear diapers.
Kiba seems like the one who would be in one from punishment but by force.
gaara seems like one to keep it a secret from everyone.
I'm not sure whether you want it to be force, by interest, or by need.

It's definitely more important to have characters first in this situation, then we can make a plot that fits, instead of choosing characters to make a plot fit.

Sorry for not replying. I agree we need to pick characters before we can make the plot. As I stated I may not use neither of Shikamaru or Kiba depending on what we decide. What characters do you guys want?
As for the plot, I think it should be either by force or by interest.

I don't know it just depends on who you guys pick.
I think I am gonna become diapered and you may need to be non-diapered so you can diapere me and Rye unless Rye wants to be non-diapered.
