Much can change over the course of very little time. Three years ago, Belle was an ordinary girl living in a village in the French countryside. Now, she was happily married to a loving young man whom she had redeemed, Prince Adam. On the whole, Belle had been quick to adjust to her new life as a princess. She had taken to the responsibilities and privileges alike quite well. Not too long ago, she had even given her husband an heir, a handsome baby boy whom they had named Beau.

Belle could not be happier with her new life and her new family. Even so, there were times when she often yearned to see even more of the world. As she stood in the royal nursery, watching Beau sleep soundly in his bassinet, she wondered how she might go about this. Little did she suspect the solution would come from an unlikely source.

It had been two years since Maleficent had been slain, and Princess Aurora had been awakened by and married to Prince Phillip. Aurora herself was as happy as could be, living with her beloved husband and jovial father-in-law King Hubert, and often visiting her parents King Stefan and Queen Leah. Her daughter Audrey was a year old now and an absolute bundle of joy. And Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather still came to grace young Princess every now and then.

Nevertheless, Aurora sometimes found it overwhelming being a Princess, having been thrust into the role and responsibilities suddenly at 16, rather than groomed for the role her whole life. She longed for the company of someone who could understand and relate to her situation. Additionally, there had been some new developments in her life of a rather unusual nature that Aurora spoke to no one about, lest they find it quite unbecoming of a Princess...

Belle absolutely adored her baby son, and she enjoyed caring for him just as much. She always did her best to make certain that he was comfortable. That included using only the best of diapers on him. She would except nothing less.

She had changed Beau a little earlier, so she did not have to worry about him relieving himself for a while yet. Nonetheless, she found herself strangely drawn to the pile of diapers beside the changing table. They were very soft to the touch. Sometimes, she liked to pick one up just to rub it against her cheek and savor the softness. She decided to do just right now. Unbeknownst to her, Fifi, the castle’s head maid, was watching her.

Aurora had changed Audrey’s diaper a little while ago, and she had noticed Merryweather, wand in hand, just outside the nursery window. The blue-clad fairy had given her a little wink, and Aurora wondered what that was about.

Queen Leah had just arrived and was having a lovely play date in the gardens with her little granddaughter. With Prince Phillip out hunting, Aurora had a little alone time for now. She went back to the nursery, and found quite a surprise...

Some of Audrey’s diapers - pastel pink like Aurora’s dress with little roses across the front - were laid out on the changing table... but they had been enlarged to a size that would clearly fit a grown woman!

At the same time in France, Belle continued to press her son's diapers against her cheek, finding the softness of them very enjoyable. She did not even know why that was; they were just so endearing.

She was eventually brought out of her reverie when she heard a familiar voice say "Well, well, well, Your Highness, if this is not an interesting turn of events." She hastily turned to the entrance of the nursery and saw Fifi, feather duster in hand as always and a mischievous grin on her face.

Belle blushed and quickly set the diapers down. She said nervously "I don't know what you think you say, Fifi, but I did not mean anything by it, I assure you."

"Sure you didn't," Fifi said with a snicker, sauntering over to a younger woman. She leaned down to Belle and told her "There is no shame in being curious. By the way you were handling your son's diapers, you seemed quite curious in them yourself. Perhaps you simply harbor an interest in being treated the same as him."

Belle opened her mouth to protest, but then she thought carefully about what Fifi was saying. As outlandish as her theory may have sounded, there was a bit of logic in her words. At the least, it would explain her apparent fascination with padding.

Aurora gazed in surprise at the extra-large diapers. “Merryweather,” she thought aloud, in little more than a whisper, “are you trying to tell me something? Have you known all along?”

Much of the time she was with child, Aurora had struggled to hold her bladder. She had assumed the problem would resolve itself after the baby came... but a year had passed and that still had not happened. Usually, Aurora could get to the chamber pot in time... but there had been some dribbling on occasion, and even worse once in a while. Fortunately the magic with which the fairies had sewn Aurora’s dress enabled the pink cloth to clean and dry itself almost instantly.

Increasingly in the past year, Aurora had thought - fleetingly, though not without some humor - that diapers might suit her as much as her baby daughter.

Fifi continued to smirk down at her mistress, and then she said "Wait here a minute, if you would, Your Highness. I will be right back."

Belle just watched as the maid exited the nursery, and she just sat where she was, wondering where the older woman would go with this issue.

Fifi returned less than five minutes later with her hands hidden behind her back. She pulled them out to reveal she too was holding diapers in her hands. However, these diapers were a shade of pink, and they were much larger, as in they could have easily fit someone Belle's size.

Belle quickly realized where this was going. "Fifi, are you saying I should-"

The maid promptly placed a finger on the princess' lips. "Shhhh, Your Highness. Don't talk. Just let me tend to you the way you've tended to Prince Beau; I can guarantee you'll feel that much better once I have."

Aurora took the extra large diapers and made a quick, stealthy retreat to her own chambers next to the nursery.

In the privacy of own room she slipped out of her dress and silken undergarments. She unfolded one of the diapers and set about diapering herself as best she could. It was far more cumbersome than changing Audrey’s diapers, but with all her experience Aurora still had a pretty good feel of how it should go. So it wasn’t long before she was taped snugly into her own diaper, caressing it to enjoy its smooth and cushy feeling and the way it hugged her hips and bottom. She even took a moment to admire herself in the full-length looking glass.

Slipping back into her iconic dress, Aurora paced about her room. She knew her diaper would crinkle just like Audrey’s, but no sound came from under her skirts. She felt the bulk between her legs affecting her stride a little, but a glance at the looking glass told her no one could tell with her dress on.

Feeling a bit shy but satisfied, and confident that her secret was safe, Aurora went to rejoin her family.

Despite how conflicted she felt about this, Belle found her curiosity getting the better of her. As such, she decided just to trust in Fifi. Thus, she neither said nor did anything to protest as the maid guided her over to the changing table and helped her onto.

Once Belle was on her back, Fifi proceeded to lift up the skirt of her dress so that she might access and remove Belle's stately undergarments. Once those were off, she took up some oil and powder, applying both liberally to Belle's nether regions. The princess fidgeted a bit as this was done; it was a strange sensation to be sure, but she could not complain.

Fifi then took up one of the diaper, unfolded it slowly and sliding it underneath her mistress's bottom. She then set Belle down, pulled the front up between her legs, and fastened the tapes securely on both sides, making certain it was nice and secure.

"There we are," she said with a smile, "How does that feel, Your Highness?"

Belle needed a moment to process what had just transpired. One moment, she was examined her son's diapers. The next, she had been put into one by her maid. Yet surprisingly... she was not put off. The diaper was quite comfy. "It actually feels quite nice. Thank you, Fifi." She then got up and hugged the maid, who happily hugged back.

Aurora rejoined her mother and daughter in the gardens, and Queen Leah clearly noticed nothing amiss as she hugged Aurora once again. The Queen and Princess had a lovely outdoor teatime, while Audrey sat contentedly on Aurora’s lap and drank milk from her bottle.

Afterwards, they walked leisurely about the gardens. Aurora quickly checked Audrey’s diaper but found it only slightly damp. And then she felt the suddenly need to relieve her own bladder, and with barely a thought she let go and wet her diaper, delighting inwardly at how she could just do it right where she stood... and delighting even more at how the diaper grew warm and slightly heavy, and also at how no one else knew what she had just done.
