"Giving up so soon? You're weaker than a new born fawn if you give up that easily." he said in an insulting tone. "You really are worthless if you can't figure a way out of such a spell, it's so low level that even a two year old should be able to tear it in two. Well, you can stay there like that until you figure it out."
With that, he walked over and layed down on the bed to take a nap. Even though he was asleep, his magic was still at full strength, as if self sustaining.

She thought of it; if it was such low-level, then why couldn't she think of some other way? She stood there in thought before an idea came to her.
Though she couldn't reach her flute, she could hum the tone. At the same time, she combined her ability to enchant magic without using her hands. Her body gave off a bluish aura, she could feel some pain as the spell reacted to her attempts. After a few seconds the bind began to show signs of weakening, until finally it shattered.
She gave out a sigh of relief; though she was getting a little tired of the games now. Even more so since it was getting close to night and she didn't like being in-door during the night.
Shrugging her shoulders; she walked over to a chair and sat down and placed her arms on the window sill. The storm was getting a tad closer now and her nose was picking up on the smell of rain. She started to wonder if she should head back to the church, where she would be staying for today.

As his spell shattere Alphius awoke again. He watched her sit in the chair by the window. "Would you like to learn under me?" he asked without getting up. "You have great potential, I think that you just need to learn control over it, as well as a few new tricks." He wasn't talking about her musical talent, but the power she had decided not to use, the destructive one.
He could feel it, hidden deep beneath he regular aura, a power that may even rival his own if she could control it properly. Unfortunately, if she was to use it now he suspected it would drain her and only cause massive destruction.

Nana didn't say a word for a few short minutes. "I'm glad you think I have potential, but I'm just a rogue mage that the or--" she stopped and shook her head. She then realized that she almost revealed something she would rather keep a secret.
She got up and walked over to the door; she displayed a depressed look as she said. "Thank you for your kindness, but its best you not get to involved with me, the last few people who did.... were killed off within days," she said and smiled as best she could despite a few tears coming down her face. "I better get going, my parents are probably worried sick," she lied.
Before leaving though she looked toward the window; then bolted out the door. I know he just wants to help, but like everyone else who just wanted to help, the high-wizards would just kill them in their sleep in an effort to force me to join the order... and I don't want to kill people just because some fat freak on a throne demands it! she ran down the stairs and out of the inn. She ran through the streets and into a dark alley way, when one of the towns folk gave chase and looked own the same alleyway she had gone down, Nana wasn't there, even though there were no hiding spots or doors. The woman seemed confused but then suddenly decided she didn't care anymore and continued on her business.

Alphius smiled as the girl ran. He now knew for sure that she was the apprentice he was looking for. She had turned most of the world into her enemy, as he did. "I'll take you in and teach you great magics." he said to himself with a joyous laugh.
She thought to lightly of him. He knew of the order, and he had once tried to join it. In the end he didn't make it, but afterwards he gained the philosophers stone by killing one of them, Nicholas Flamel.
He knew they feared his return. They watched much of the worlds happenings from the shadows, and had always kept their eyes on him, watching him go ever deeper into the realms of dark and light.

She let out a sigh of relief as she got to the church and pushed open its two
large, metal doors. The door's hinges kringed in protest until she stopped and headed inside.
Though she had been in many churchs over the past couple years, this was the first one she'd been in that had her god displayed so cleanly, though she rarely showed her belief as she knew that others didn't agree with it.
As she knelt down and prayed; her ears flickered as she heard something in the nearby hallways. At first she assumed it was the priest, and thus responded so. "Father?" she stood up and looked toward the hallway, but who appeared was anything but a priest.
A man clad in white armor carrying a spear came walking out; his helmit and feet armor had wings on them and she recognized the bloodied eagle symbol - a rogue hunter and the leader of a pack.
She then heard several more of them, and soon saw them enter through the side hallways. Each one held a long weapon, though the next two that entered had bows and the last one that came through was obviously a high-wizard.
"So, we meet again Nana," said the high-wizard. His cloak was light green and had flowers all over it, not what she'd expect from someone who goes around killing mages who decide not to join the order, let alone children. "You bested twenty of my best a month ago, left their corpse's to rot in that god forsaken jungle. You wanna know how they looked when we found them?" he asked.
Nana shook her head; but he didn't care. He waved his hand and a decompossing corpse appeared in front of her. It's state much to gruesome to describe, Nana freaked and fell back onto her butt in fear. Her expression exactly what the high wizard wanted.
"Yes, fear, thats what I want to see. You kill without remorse, and when presented with those you've killed you take shelter... how pathetic," he said and waved his hands. A sudden white spear appeared. Nana raised her hands to form a barrier, but the magical spear sliced through her barrier like it wasn't there - and in fact - it wasn't. Nana found that her magic was being jammed. She felt the ice-cold spear as it was plunged into the right side of chest and deep into the granet wall behind her. She let out a yelp of pain and coughed, blood splattering one of the rogue hunters who had knelt down in front of her and grabbed the spear.
The high wizard just smiled. "You know the penalty for betrayal, so I'll let these fine soldiers beat you into submission, then I'll return in an hour and put you out of your misory," he said and walked out the main doors.
Nana felt helpless, she couldn't use her powers and she found herself unable to speak due to the blood in her throat. She saw the soldier grin through his helmet.
"Take your undead, I want that other wizard who was with her dead... got it?" he ordered one of his minions.
"Undead won't do much against him," said the mage.
"Typical undead, no... but high-undead will keep him busy for at least awhile. I'd rather we try and keep the magical jammers in place. If he manages to break even one of them, then that girl will be able to get free," he said.
"And why are you so afraid of a child?" asked the mage as he waved an order with his hand. Several undead armors, soldiers and a few of the high-undead scattered, melting into the shadows.
"You obviously never read the reports. Nana was responsible for the destruction of the town of Hiedana, she leveled it completely, killing tens of thousands in a matter of seconds, that's why the order wants her dead - and why we need these jammers. If they break, she'll turn that power against us," he said.
"Yea, but beating a child?" asked the mage again.
The high-wizard laughed. "A 'child'? Man, you really don't know anything about her huh? I think it's best when we get back to the tower for you to read up on her," he said.
The mage just shrugged and took off to complete his mission.
"A 'child' huh? No child would ever willingly kill others; likewise, a child wouldn't understand their crimes, yet Nana does. That makes her an adult in the eyes of the law and the order, and thanks to that, the peasants can't scream 'child abuse' or any other nonsense," he laughed. Hearing Nana's screams, and the sounds of a bone breaking, he just laughed even harder.
NOTE TO READERS: WHAT IS GOING IS NOT RAPE! SO DO NOT SCREAM THAT!

Alphius felt the high wizard as they entered the town, a power unlock any other wizards. He could feel magic jammers being activated, they were sucking at his power even from such a distance. It was time for him to finally take another swing at the order.
He drew from his sack the high sorcerer, Nicholas Flamel's cloak, and dawned it. It was wine red, like the nectar of his prized stone, with golden leaf designs spread about it.
He drew up his sword and in a flash of light was gone from the room and two blocks from the church. This was the closest he could get with such strong jammers in place.
As he appeared on the cobble stone street there, waiting for him stood the undead and minion night, all of which were circling him, casting a barrier within which they hoped to keep him. He knew that such a barrier wasn't something he could just tear through, even at full strength, being cast by so many wizards at once.
He took the quickest root he could think of, down. He slammed his blade into the ground, and in a blast of flaming air the ground fell beneath his feet. He used the sewer to escape, though several followed him from above, with the few high undead following him from below.
As he approached the church he could feel his magic being dispelled and using what little magic he could, blew a hole in the street above him, jumping through it. As he reached fresh air and the torrents of rain that had finally reached the town, he was surrounded once more. This time however, none of them could use magic. He wasn't sure if this was to his advantage or not, but he would have to try. He wanted to take another order leader to their death bed.
As he stood there surrounded by the undead, many drew swords and others used spears, while the high undead drew out poisoned daggers. Alphius in a whirl of his blade took the head off of one of the undead and then another, before they began attacking together.
He struggled as the night watched, clashing blades in the rain, every now and again cutting his enemy a little. After several minutes of this he finally had taken down the normal undead, as useless as they usually were, now leaving the high undead.
The poisonous blades whirred past his skin as he repeatedly dodged the blades by a hairs with each time. Three were left out of the four summoned, he'd managed to slay one, but was growing tired, not being able to use spells to erase them.
Then it was to his dismay that he was stabbed by one poison blade, then three. He growled in the pain of the stab wounds, and using what strength he could muster, used the moment the blades stuck in him to cut their heads free of their shoulders.
Now only the knight stood, and he drew his sword to kill the weak and poisoned Alphius. Alpius's vision blurred as he stood, sending the poison through his veins faster, blood running from the three wounds, on on his lower back, one on the upper left of his chest and the other, the arm that did not bear his sword.
A murderous look filled Alphius's eyes, one of the purest hatred, not something anyone would see regularly. He wanted to drink elixer and heal, but the jammers would cause the sacred liquid to become no more than liquer for his dry throat.
He stumbled towards the night with the hatred still building in his eyes and with all his might charged the night, stabbing quickly in the crack, between the joint of his chest plate, stabbing him in the gut. He drew his blade out a little before stabbing it back in a few times until the knight breathed no more. This was his true resolution, with or without magic, he would kill the order, even with bare hands if need be.
As his vision blurred worse, he walked to the church, sensing where the magic was being blocked. He found one of the generaters, on the corner of the outside of the church, an inchanted statue of an angel. With all that he had left he destroyed it, disabling the jammer, and collapsed onto the ground, unable to even grab the canteen to drink the elixer. He was sure that he would die here, and he hated himself for the weakness I now showed, laying on the ground, poisoned by undead of all things.

The knights that had been in the church continued their beatings until they felt their magic returning to their bodies. "The jammers are down?" one said as he stood up and looke toward the main door.
As she all stood up and started to walk toward the main door; Nana sturred, her vision hazy. She felt something sticky covering almost her whole body, she knew from the smell that it was blood.
She couldn't move, her legs broken in various places, her arms weren't any better. As she laid there in pain she felt her magic coming back to her and a small smile broke across her face, something that would've seem impossible considering her current physical state.
One of the knights was about to step outside when two of his companions flew past him and into the far building. "What the-?!" said the knight as he turned around to find Nana now standing, using a bench for support. "H-how is that possible?! Your legs are supposed to be broken!" he shouted
Nana coughed; fresh blood splattering the ground. "Except you forgot how fast my race heals, the more magic we have, the higher and faster our regeneration..." she said in a pained tone. Her race, being Nekos, was a rare one and it wasn't a common species to see outside of the mountains, where they lived since humans couldn't breeze the intense coldness.
She only grinned as she pressed her palms together; then slowly pulled them apart to reveal a ball of white and red energy that spun around itself. Black lightning arced out of it and danced across the ground.
As she was chanting this spell; the knight began to back away. "T-They didn't say anything about this!" he whined and pulled out his claymore. "They didn't say I'd be going up against a monster!"
"Monster?" Nana repeated his words. "A monster huh? Sorry, but I don't go around killing innocent children who have done nothing to the order!" she shouted as she slammed the ball of energy into itself. A sudden shockwave erupted from where she stood; it spread across the ground, yet it didn't harm the church itself.
The knight had time to swing his claymore twice before being impaled by a rock. He was only alive for a few moment before passing on to the next life.
"Witch..." said the high wizard as he watched from the safety of the halls. He grumbled at his loss. "You win today," he said and quickly ran off.
Nana breathed heavily as she fell onto one knee; she was very tired and worn out, not to mention she had come very close to using 'it' again but was glad she hadn't. She forced herself back up and walked out of the church and found Alphius laying on the ground.
She walked over to him and noticed his injuries; she took his canteen and forced a small amount of it into his system, then she took out her flute and began to play a healing song. Though she knew that the song wouldn't heal her wounds, she didn't have that luxury unless she used something that allowed her to reflect the effects of her song back at her. For the moment, she just sang her song.

As soon as the drink was forced into his system Alphius sputtered awake and turned over on his side, where he coughed out quite a bit of black poisonous blood. There he layed as his wounds began to heal slowly. The effect was much slower because the poison was still in his veins and had to be washed out.
Once his external injuries were healed he stood and drew up his sword, before couging out yet more black blood. He then drew up the canteen and force the nozzle into the neko's mouth and made her drink a small dosage. "Where is the high wizard?" he asked as he drew the canteen back. He was enraged to the point that his magic was beginning to turn his eyes red. Once they turned completely there would be no saying what he would do, as that was a form of berserker mode.
He was still extremely weak from the poison and fights, and he knew it. Yet he knew he absolutley wanted nothing more than to kill another high wizard. His skin was almost ghostly white, his veigns showing in color, as the poison still riddled his body. It would be a while before it was completely gone.
Before he could say more his body gave out on him yet again and he went unconcious, laying on the ground with the sword at his side. He had never lost a battle like he had done today, not since he had killed Nicholas Flamel and had been forced to drink the elixer to keep himself from dying.
