"I'm fine, but I do want milk, In a bottle please," Johann requested, he really did like drinking from it, it just tasted better for some reason.

The more he thought about, he realized that Sarah was taking everything slowly so he could get used to his new life here as her pet.

Sarah herself was wondering if shes going too fast on the matter but ultimately pushed that thought aside as she produced a large prepared bottle from the fridge which in truth is baby formula with abit of liquified honey mixed in and its still technically according to Johann's request do to baby formula being a form of milk and it likely will taste real good

Johann reaches for the bottle, still on the floor. He grabs hold of the bottle and started drinking it. After finishing his bottle, he a cramping in his stomach but couldn't control it when he felt himself messed his diaper causing it to sag. Johann blushed at what just happened.

"Sarah." He said, "I-I need a change."

Sarah looked at Johann thinking of something to say about that when a ideal came to her head to add a rule ''From now on unless you very badly need a dippie change you will not tell your mommy master you need changed as she'll check periodically'' Sarah said as she walked over smelling the mess he made but she was giving off a happy vib that shes going to be changing Johann while hes awake

(Can we have the mess Johann made be runny? Maybe have some reason now or latter on him getting diarrhea maybe a real bad case where he ends up glad he has diapers on for he wouldnt make it to the normal toilet anyway if he tried,thats if its okay with you)
