As Noire was unaware of how Plutia was taking it or how her mind was starting to activate more dormant parts of her mind, Noire was a bit taken aback by how energic her friend announced her response. "Are you alright Plutia? That explanation wasn't that energic a thing to get worked up over..." Noire simply but somewhat shyly asked her as she taped the fresh diaper onto her. "Well regardless, you're a clean goddess once again so you can go get up now!" Noire then told Plutia with an small happy smile as she disposed of the old diaper and was putting everything away.

Meanwhile, she had to think up what to do next with Plutia since she'd be wanting to have fun again. Though a thought quickly crossed the twinhaired woman's mind...she should head out to prepare them for their trip. "Hey Plutia, how do you feel about going out of the basilicom and into the city with me?" She asked the CPU to get her thoughts on the idea.

"Okay, then!" The goddess patted her diaper and, making sure it was nice and snug, and hopped off the changing table quickly. "Thank you again, Noire~" She thanked her, her attention quickly focusing elsewhere. She came back quickly as she heard her friend's suggestion, though.

"Huh?" She looked confused that Noire would ask her to go out to the city with her, especially with how "High-Maintenance" she was... but it wasn't something that happened often, and so Plutia quickly nodded her head, "Mhm! Of course!" She said, before asking "What are we going to do there?"

"Well, we're going to get ready for our trip to Lowee. So that means that we have to go get some stuff. Like maybe a nice set of clothing for us and some spare diapers and changing supplies for you." Noire explained to the babyish CPU as she went into Plutia's closet and started to look for something more suitable for her to head out in. While Noire and Histoire were fine with Plutia wearing just a romper as it at least made her diapers easier to change, the public would no doubt look upon Plutia coming out dressed like that with some displeasure. And given how CPU's like Plutia depended on people's faith to keep their power, even if they didn't know that she was their nation's goddess, it was prudent for her to wear something more normal for an adult. Histoire normally didn't let Plutia make these kinds of trips into the city anyway, but Noire could cover for her this time by saying she had to have Plutia come along with her.

As Noire kept on searching in Plutia's closet, she then told Plutia "...And..." before stopping for a bit as her face flushed red with embarrassment over the idea and of telling her friend, but realized that if she was going to do it then Plutia would know about it eventually anyway. "...And I also should get some diapers for me just in case I do choose to become a CPU. I-It may be out in the middle of nowhere and it'd be better to have some on hand than not." Noire then finished telling Plutia though in a shyer, embarrassed, more withdrawn tone than before.

“Oh, I want a new dress…” She remarked, looking at her own attire. The overalls, while comfortable, didn’t look the greatest for a goddess such as herself… even she knew that from the very start. Plutia shrugged; She was going to be going out for once, so she obviously agreed to follow along. Though, she did wonder what Noire’s choice of fashion for her would be.

The second line was a little more surprising. Really, Plutia kind of tunnelled her mind after she said those words “Huh…? Noire is going to be wearing diapies?” She said, her eyes wide, staring at her. The lines she overheard about her becoming an CPU with her conversion with Histoire made a lot more sense now.

Noire blushed as Plutia asked her if she was going to wear diapers and quickly blurted back to her "I-I said I was thinking on it, so I may need them. I could still decide that I don't want to go through with it and I wouldn't need to wearing them then. Its...its only if I choose to become like you." Though she had to admit to herself that Plutia most likely could see through her on that and that the twinhaired woman really was seriously considering becoming a CPU and being sent into diapers in the process, like she had an annoying habit of doing even before Plutia became a CPU. She just had a way to get a read on Noire's inner thoughts at times no matter how much Noire tried to hide it.

Once Noire calmed down a bit, she picked out Plutia's outfit. Coming out with it, the Planeptunian goddess could see that it was a simple light blue dress with a black diaper cover with them. The dress's skirt would hide her diaper as it would go down to Plutia's knees, while the diaper cover could be worn over the diaper to try to make it seem like she was wearing some sort of shorts while also masking the crinkling of her diaper. "Anyway, it's good to know that now. We can go get to that while we're out as well." Noire told her as she laid the clothes out before then letting out "Stay still for me" as she started to unbutton Plutia's romper to prepare to dress her up into the new outfit.

"Ok, okay..." She said. Really, Noire wearing diapers would be quite the sight for her to see... she wondered what life would be like with even Noire becoming like her. It was funny though, to think of her wearing diapers.

Plutia nodded, raising her hands and waiting for Noire to undress her. She had no shame anyways, and it was a lot less tiring to have someone else dress her up - for now, she behaved exactly how she should, listening to Noire's every word.

Easily slipping the romper up over Plutia and taking it off before then putting her diaper cover on over her diaper but slipping her legs into it, Noire was able to do that in a less than a minute. Putting the dress onto the goddess to complete the outfit, Noire smiled a bit as she told Plutia "And we're nearly about ready to go. I just have to pack your diaper bag." Heading over to the changing table, the CPU's caretaker pulled out her diaper bag and packed it with a few of Plutia's diapers just in case she needed a change while they were out.

Once that was done and she slung it over her shoulder, she walked back over to Plutia and grabbed her hand. She wouldn't dare let Plutia be away from her at all for as long as they were out. Heading out the room with her following alongside, Noire turned to her and asked her "So do you want to worry about getting diapers first, or your new dress first?" as she was willing to let Plutia have her say on what they tackled first.

“Okay, thank you…” She slowly said, looking at her own clothes. Pluto’s didn’t know if she’d worn it before, or if it looked okay on her, but she trusts Noire’s judgement. As her diaper bag was packed, she replied to her friend’s question quickly. The goddess didn’t really know what option was the best, but she figured one might be a bit easier to think about that the other “Hmm… New Diapies first?”

Noire was sort of hoping for the other option to be the one that Plutia wanted to think about, but she supposed she should have expected the result given how hard Plutia could think on anything that wasn't related to being a big baby and how easy it was for her to think about those things. "Okay...getting diapers first it is then." Noire told Plutia as they headed outside, and getting there after a few minutes of walking.

Once they left the basilicom, they found themselves right in the middle of the main city of Planeptune proper. Like any normal city, average people carried about their busy day like always. However none paid any mind to Noire or especially Plutia as the two walked on the sidewalks on their way to their destination. Even discounting how Plutia was when she was in HDD, her condition made Histoire be very careful in how she had Plutia showed up in the public eye...which was to say that the knowledge that she was the CPU was kept hidden. To most everyone, they just knew that the CPU of Planeptune was protecting them even if they didn't know who she even was.

Of course, with her current state, that was for the best. Faith in the nation would kind of dwindle if they found out that their goddess that they've been worshipping was an baby-like girl who fills her diapers. Plutia took a gaze around the city, taking all the sights in - she never got to go out in the open like this much, and the breath of fresh air allowed her to clear her mind of her regressed aspects, if only a little.

"Where are we going?" The lavender-haired girl asked, looking at Noire. She knew they were getting diapers, but, to be frank, she never really got to know where her friend got them from, or to pick them herselves - wouldn't it be a little embarrassing for a person like her to be buying them for her?
