"Couldn't be much worse than what we endured last night," Cadance muttered as she waited for the lots to be drawn.

"And besides, Applejack, with Twilight and the other princesses gone, you are our best option for a leader right now," Fluttershy pointed out.

"She's right, darling," Rarity concurred, "We cannot afford to lose you, too. We'll just have to hold out hope that your brother and sister-in-law will pull through."

"You won't," Heart Luck insisted, placing a hoof on the farmer's shoulder, "I know it'll be hard to reassure you of this, but I can say with confidence that he will be alright."

"Knowing Chrysalis, I doubt she would throw away any of her male prisoners so willingly," said Starlight.

Chrysalis giggled. “That means that Cadence, Celestia, Luna, Fleur, Maud, Big Mac and Spike, you are coming with me. The rest of you are going back to the playroom.”

The odd group was rolled to the bondage center and stripped of their straitjackets.

“Now, here is the test. We have a new drug here that is supposed to make a pony or a changeling need to open their bowels… rather urgently,” Chrysalis explained, holding a pack of laxative suppositories in her hand.

Big Mac gulped, hoping that what Chrysalis is implying is not true. Wetting the diaper was bad enough.

“It is not approved for testing on changelings yet, so you ponies are going to be my test subjects. Now, then seven of you, put your elbows on that bondage table and we will give you your suppositories,” Chrysalis instructed.

"Nnnnnnnope," Big Mac said defiantly, standing with his arms crossed. As he was stronger than any of the changelings there, other than Chrysalis perhaps, he was prepared to fight to prevent this from being done.

The princesses and Fleur were similarly determined not to give in just yet, whereas Spike and Maud were inclined to do as they were told, waddling over to the racks.

Chrysalis groaned in frustration and used her magic to force everypony to the table. Soon, there elbows and wrists were strapped down, forcing them into a bent over position. “Now, time for your suppositories,” Chrysalis said. All seven of them had the backs of their diapers pulled down.

Meanwhile, those in the playroom got a weird announcement by Webbing.

“Even group, you are not off the hook. You all seem to be good foals in keeping your diapers. It better stay this way. Dinner time will be in a little over five hours from now. Those who mess themselves will be spanked and not changed until tomorrow morning, so you better keep their diapers clean!” Webbing warned.

Sugar Belle crossed her arms in offense. She is not a foal and she is definitely not going to mess these diapers.

"I don't like the sound of that," Marble said nervously, "I know they gave us a little extra foal food just now, but you don't think..."

"Maybe there was something in what we ate," Twilight speculated, "I wouldn't put it past Chrysalis to slip us laxatives. They probably did it yesterday and the day before, too."

The odd-numbered prisoners groaned as the suppositories were shoved up their rectums, and their diapers were put back in place.

"And now... we wait," said Tempest.

Mandible turned the camera on. Within minutes, each of those odd-numbered ponies heard the most ominous rumbling in their stomachs ever. They shivered as they felt a very sudden urge and they realized that they each got a terrible case of diarrhea. Big Mac closed his eyes and grunted, determined to not mess a diaper like a foal.

“Ohhh, this is so exciting!” Chrysalis exclaimed.

Somehow, Big Mac managed to avoid crapping himself, though the others were not so fortunate. Spike and the other five ponies were now standing in full diapers, which, by Chrysalis' testimony, they would stay in until this time tomorrow.

"It would seem the laxative is very potent indeed," said Crawler.

"Yeah, as long as nopony gets sick, we will consider the test a success and release this drug for public use," Chrysalis said. Chrysalis then walked to Big Mac and rubbed the back of his padding in circles. "Come on. I know you want to use it," Chrysalis said before she started patting the back of Big Mac's diaper.
