Madoka was cowering behind some giant blocks as familiars were flying across the skies. Some took the shape of a discarded baby doll while others looked like purple-shaped teddy bears with bat wings. Cribs and bottles were everywhere but the most prominent feature in Madoka's mind was that the clouds looked like opened up diapers. Aside from the nursery element everything else looked like they were in a mall, with directories and benches popping up here and there. Indeed this was one of the stranger labyrinths she and Mami wounded up in but she knew that this witch would only cause problems if she were not stopped. Problem was Madoka was busy keeping the familiars away with her rose branch bow. There seems to be a quite high number of them and they all focused on Madoka, overwhelming the poor girl so she was unable to see what else was roaming around her.

"There.....are so many of them," she breathed, getting a little exhausted as she fired more arrows, "Mami! Are you there?! I don't know if I can keep them away much longer!"

Mami was still locked up against the witch. "Just hold tight as best you can Madoka! I believe in you!" She dogged away from a falling rattle and took another shot. The witch was a giant, almost beautiful, woman. But her face was contorted, in a constantly crying position, with her tears being rather deadly as well.
As Madoka continued to exhaust her stamina, one more familiar, a much larger than the rest baby doll shaped one, picked the pinkette up "You go bye bye now" it growled in a very gutteral tone as it landed a clean hit to the girl's stomach

Being picked up she dropped her weapon and looked a little panicked. "Hurry!!!!" she cried. Next thing she knew she got punched in the gut and really winced. "Ugh!!!" she cried, looking a little pained from the blow. Immediately she felt something pulse trough her body, a weird feeling she did not like. "Mami," she groaned, still helpless from the familiar that just grabbed her.

The familiar, knowing she was useless now and would be a good gift to her witch when they were done, dropped Madoka into one of the cribs which also formed bars over the top, leaving her stuck inside. Other familiar's, pretty much harmless ones due to just being born, but still creepy, started swarming the girl now that she was trapped
Mami groaned "Madoka!" She just narrowly avoided a hit from the witch "At least she'll be kinda safe in there..." She focused once more on the horrifying creature in front of them, and landed a few more shots

Madoka looked like she was safe but she was scared stiff. The girl didn't even move as the dolls moved around her in a creepy, circular pattern. The pinkette ignored the fight as she hid under a blanket. So terrified she was the girl even began to pee herself. "Hurry, Mami," she sniveled, not realizing that she had an accident.

The dolls, noticing the growing dark stain, pointed and laughed creepily then one pulled out an actual diaper which seemed to be perfectly sized for the girl. The began advancing on her, pulling the covers away
Mami kept going for the time being, eeping as the witch hit her bottom like she was spanking her but she quickly flew off and got a clear shot, which ended up killing the witch.
Both girls were dropped off right outside the portal which, thankfully for Madoka, was no where near anyone or anything. The diaper that was about to be put on her was no where to be seen, but her panties were still soaked and the ground under her was as well

Madoka closed her eyes tightly when the covers were pulled away. She caught a glimpse of the diaper before she closed her eyes. Then she the ground feeling different so she opened them and realized that they were behind the mall, far away from the parking lots that there full of people. Madoka was glad to be out of that situation. "Close one," she breathed, getting up and looking down to notice that she peed herself, "Uh oh." The pinkette blushed heavily at the sight of this.

Mami was rubbing her bottom, that smack hurt just as much as when her mother spanked her when she was a child, but then she looked over "Oh Madoka... It's okay... Don't be too embarrassed. My first mission I wet AND messed myself from fear, and had night time accidents for a while after." She helped her friend up "And of course as soon as you revert back to normal you should be all clean"

Taking Mami's advice Madoka used her Soul Gem to change back to her regular school outfit. Indeed the wet spot on her clothes was gone, though the puddle did remain which the pinkette immediately stepped off of. "Well, that's one relief," she said, breathing a little bit as she was still rattled from what had happened.

However, it seemed the labryinth had a slight affect on her normal outfit and she could feel herself wearing a pull up.
Mami sighed "Well it looks like you turned out okay other than your accident, and from what I can tell no extra padding around your waist, sometimes when you see witches like that and do something childish like wetting yourdelf, it can have an affect on your outfit for a while. I was actually wearing a diaper after my first mission every time I turned back for a few weeks, but soon I went back to normal, and I never actually had to use them."
