Ghetsis adopted me from my life in the woods with pokemon..." N said with a worried look on his face as he contemplated whether or not he should really do this, but he then told Touko about what Ghetsis had done to him in his care, locking him in his room and sheltering him from the world, showing N injured, dying pokemon from a young age to reinforce his beliefs that people and pokemon should be separated, how Ghetsis would hit him or withhold food from him if he'd question the beliefs he was taught, along with showing Touko the scars for proof... and how one night, he overheard Ghetsis and one of the Shadow Triad talking about if N were to fail, he would just be forced to be Team Plasma's concubine instead of their king.

"N-N-N-No... T-Touko...I-I-I..." N tried to say he was fine, but he just ended up tightly hugging Touko back, silently sobbing into her shoulder as he muttered to himself why he was hurt like that and how he wished he knew what a childhood was really like, unknowingly speaking his thoughts as he cried.

Soon N calmed down, and was now adorably cuddled up against Touko, falling asleep on her lap as the ferris wheel started to move again, causing the green-haired boy to jump in place and flinched in his lover's arms.

"T-T-Touko... I-I'm sorry for f-freaking out back there... I-It's just... you're the only person I trust enough that I can tell that too... A-And I'm sorry for getting your shirt wet too..." N shyly apologized as he scooted away, but still stayed close to Touko as the ferris wheel descended back down to the ground.
