Tsunade senju the Fifth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village let out a frustrated groan as she left the hospital. "I can't believe that almost happened to me I'm the god dam hokage I shouldn't have to change a grown mans diaper despite him being a patient" civilians who were passing by immediately got out of of her way not wanting to upset her any further and possibly end up in the hospital or worse in a grave. His behavior was childish and obnoxious, pulling pranks all the time like he did, so she had an idea for her order to not just make the crush(hopefully) go away, but make him look more like a dumb little kid just as he behaved.

Haruno Sakura-with a mischievous smile, her green eyes alight with glee at the prospect-dared the other younger ninja to, “Wear nothing but a diaper for the rest of the day! I even have one right here, so I’ll just get you into it right away, and do it in no time flat.” She boasted, taking him to the bathroom and having him lie down on his back so she could access his pants.
