Naruto let out a sigh as he finished his mission "finally I can go home and relax" he told himself as he left the building and started to run home not bothering to stop and get some Ramen like he usually does. He jumped building to building until he was at his front door and unlocked it.

Then he went straight to his bathroom closing the bathroom door and squatted down and released a Genjutsu on on the cabinet revealing a seal which he tore off and opened it pulling a pink package he grinned as he set it on the sink and ripped open pulling out a princess pink pull-up "this is going to be Awesome" he giggled as he quickly pulled down his pants and took them off next was his Ramen themed Boxer,s then he slipped on the pull up between his legs. "Aww yeah this feels so good" he moaned as he put his pants back on after all he didn't want to get caught you see.

Tsunade arrived at the Uzumaki residence and let out a sigh. "This better be a good reason kushina I was drinking some delicious sake taking a break from paper work" she knocked on the door and turned the knob opening the door allowing herself in closing the door behind her and headed to the kitchen

Tsunade looked confused seeing and was blushing seeing kushina holding up her dress revealing a obviously wet diaper she looked at Naruto who had wet pants on then the naked woman with them. "OK what the hell is going on kushina why are you wearing a wet diaper?"

She looked at Naruto. "And I can smell pee from you and it's obvious that you wet yourself" she pointed to the wet patch on his pants.

Kushina was about to say something to the fox spirit, having known from the start it was capable of such things, but Tsunade's arrival distracted her. "Oh, lady Tsunade!" she yelled in surprise, dropping her dress. "Um...This is kinda awkward, so you might want to sit down and hear me out." she said, walking over to the woman.
