Giggling as she's spun around in Lady Tsunades arms. Sakura smiles them gives a brief nod. "Yeah, oh change time?" Sakura asked taking note that she was getting undressed by her mommy. The diaper between her legs was starting to cool off a bit and could potentially irritate her skin.

Tsunade smiled as she set Sakura on a changing mat. " Yup. Afterwards I'll get you dressed up and the three of us can get to work. " She cooed as she got Sakura changed. Soon enough she was in a fresh diaper and a adorable pink frilly baby dress that didn't hide her diaper at all. The three of them then got to work taking Sakura's bed apart then setting up her crib.

"Three? Ino's already here?" Sakura asked as she felt Lady Tsunade lay her on the changing mat. Feeling her go through all the changing process, Sakura blushed once in a fresh diaper. She then saw the dress get put on her which made her tug at it a bit from it not covering her diaper. "Okay mommy."

Indeed Ino was here. She had honestly followed them home and had simply stayed out of the way. With Sakura dressed they got to work. It was a bit of effort for sure but at around five in the afternoon Sakura's nursery was fully set up. Also by this point Sakura had to poop. Tsunade had noticed this and gave a encouraging smile as she patted her heard.

Watching as her nursery was set up, Sakura was preoccupied with a coloring book. As tine progressed, her stomach started to cramp. Blushing Sakura suddenly saw the reassuring smile on Lady Tsunades face and sat up before squatting. Suddenly she began to grunt. As she did, she felt her diaper stretching down to make room for the warm mush under her butt.
