Ino let out a short sigh as she felt her friends mouth slowly start suckling her. Once Sakura had closed her eyes she moved her eyes straight ahead of her, and then closed them. She gently stroked Sakura's pink hair as she fed her, trying to add comfort to the situation, not knowing if Sakura was comfortable with this or not. It seemed she was however, since she was sucking in quite a fluid motion.

Since she had time, she thought back of the occurrences that brought her to this situation. The situation of course being that she was breastfeeding her diapered friend while they were on an assassination mission. Just then, a thought crossed her mind. "Sakura has wet herself plenty of times in the last day, but, it's strange she hasn't...well pooped. Maybe she has control of her bowels?" As Ino thought this, she couldn't help from hoping that Sakura didn't have control of her bowels, as she was having fun treating her friend this way.

She slowly opened her eyes as she turned back down to Sakura, still calmly suckling. She smiled, maybe her first legitimate smile other than her one that cam with the shriek when she initially diapered Sakura, of the entire day. "I wonder how long it takes to empty out one boob?" She thought as she felt Sakura sucking as hard as usual.

Feeling Ino’s hand in her hair, comforted Sakura greatly as she continued to suckle on her friend’s nipple only for it to be gone which to Sakura’s surprise caused her to grumble and whine slightly as she put her lips on the other nipple, enjoying Ino’s hand through her hair.

Her eyes now open as she greedily suck on the other nipple, appearing more hungry then she first was or even thought she was, a steady blush on her face as she finished, her mouth still on Ino’s nipple, “Ino,” whispered Sakura quietly, “how long do you think it’ll take for me to heal up?” asked Sakura curiously, half wanting for this all to go away yet the other half of her not wanting it to go right now or anytime soon.

"Heal up?" Ino thought to herself "How about you don't heal up? That'd be good too." Ino thought, now embracing that she liked what was going on here. "Uhm, I dunno." She said, getting up, laying Sakura back down. "It might be a while at the rate your going at. But, we need a vacation anyway from that workaholic Tsunade bossing us around." Ino both joked and reasoned. "But...we can leave whenever you want..." Ino said downtrodden. "But that shouldn't be for a while right?" She asked her face brightening.

She sat down on the opposite bed, her drained boobs jiggling along with her as she asked "Heh, how was the meal? Yummy or what?" She said cockily. "You seemed to want a lot of it..." Ino realized that lately she had been making Sakura blush an awful lot, she should have felt bad for embarrassing her so much, but, hey, it was just the two of them, it wasn't doing any harm.

“Yea,” mumbled Sakura quietly missing Ino’s warmth, a frown now on her fact, “true, Tsunade has been giving us more missions than normal,” whispered Sakura, her eyes widening at the next sentence, “I don’t want to leave, well not right now.” Stated Sakura in return, smiling softly at Ino as she blinked.

Staring at Ino’s boobs, Sakura blushed once again and even more so at Ino’s sentence, “Well, it was alright,” mumbled Sakura quietly, her eyes dropping to the floor, “um Ino would you mind holding me?” asked Sakura missing the warmth of Ino’s embrace as she sighed lightly.

“I wonder what the others are up to.” mumbled Sakura out loud, her leg slightly twitching now and again.

"Er, hold you? Um, Okay." Ino said as she blushed. Was Sakura enjoying this too? She questioned in her head. "No, no. It's just that she's sick, she's gotta be cold." Ino reasoned to herself. She got up, and sat down next Sakura, pulling her over her chest, so that her head rested just above her boobs. She then wrapped her arms around Sakura back as if to hug her, and used her own legs to curls Sakura's legs up, until they were almost curled to her chest.

"The others?" Ino questioned. "Hmm, well, Sai and Naruto are probably getting themselves into trouble in their own unique ways, as always. Shikamaru is probably just lazing around, and Choji stuffing his face, y'know the usual stuff." It had been a long day, and both Ino and Sakura seemed tired, even though it was only the early afternoon, it had been a long 24hours for the both of them. "Looks like we won't be back for a little while though, so just relax." She said yawning. "It'd be great to just have a little sleep right now." Ino thought. "But, I'll let her go down first, I'm looking after her after all."

"You seem just sad in general though," Ino began tiredly "I know this isn't your ideal situation, but cheer up. If were on vacation for a little bit, crack a smile more times than you frown." Ino teased in an energetic voice that seemed very forced, as her eyes got heavier.

Sakura snuggling into Ino’s shoulder blushed; “Thanks.” whispered Sakura quietly, a slight yawn escaping from her mouth as she nuzzled against Ino’s neck unknowingly, seeking some sort of comfort from this and yet with what had happened, this was comforting in a way if not humiliation, a ninja needing diapers, what a joke.

Even so at this moment in time Sakura didn’t mind, it was something rare what with the Akastuki on the move to find something like this and because of that Sakura wished it could last. Listening to Ino, Sakura smiled her eyes trained on Ino’s as if she was telling a story, “Yea,” sighed Sakura, chewing her bottom lip at the moment, “Ino I wish we could just stay like this and not have to….” mumbled Sakura falling in an out of sleep, her eyes flattering.

“It isn’t,” whispered Sakura, “I hate it but,” smiling Sakura looked at Ino yawning loudly, “I don’t mind it that much because of you,” whispered Sakura her head going down onto Ino’s chest, a tiny snore escaping from her mouth.

The only problem being once Sakura had fallen asleep her jaw had become more lax causing a slight bit of drool to escape her mouth as she nuzzled Ino’s neck in her sleep.

The only thing Ino could make out of Sakura's half unconscious ramblings was "I don't mind it that much because of you," A loving smile crossed Ino's face, happy to know that even though Sakura didn't like the situation, she didn't hate it either. Ino, finally gathering the courage to say something, that she had wanted to say since she put Sakura in diapers, only perhaps two hours ago whispered it. "Good girl, baby Sakura." The only reason she could ever say this was simply because Sakura was asleep. She would never have Sakura know that she liked this situation, not purposely anyway. She would just keep her regular cocky mentality. "Just like I've been doing so well lately." She grumbled sarcastically.

Feeling some drool from Sakura dribble down her neck, she repositioned her, so her chin would be resting more on the top of her breasts, holding it up with the rest of her mouth. Placing her own chin on the top of Sakura's head she whispered "I hope this lasts." Before herself drifting of into sleep.

While sleeping Sakura unknowingly had mess in her sleep and started to whimper because of that while still asleep. Even so Sakura continued to snuggle into Ino the best she could thanks to her body injuries.

It seemed as if her body was getting better, slowly but getting there for the most part, the only downside being so far it seemed her nerve system had taken the biggest hit of all and would most likely cause complications later on but until then Sakura didn’t mind as long as Ino was there, nothing else really mattered.

"Hey Sakura, Sakura, wake up." Ino said, rubbing her eyes her free hand. Not noticing the smell of Sakura's mess because she had gotten used to it over night, she continued to nudge at Sakura. She turned to read the clock on the nightstand, and it read 7:31AM. "7:30? we went to sleep at like two in the afternoon!" Ino said aloud, surprised at there long sleep.

Slowly she worked her way out from under Sakura, and proceeded to get up and stretch only to feel her exposed breasts jiggle as she did so. She instinctually went to cover herself before reminding herself what happened yesterday. "So, how was your sleep?" Ino asked, voice strained from her continued stretching.

Sakura moaned loudly as she felt Ino move away, one eye opening as she glared playfully yet lazily at her friend, glancing at her chest with a slight smirk, “It was alright,” stated Sakura only to start to feel very uncomfortable, “Ino can you check my diaper?” asked Sakura unable to move from her position at the moment.

“So fancy doing anything?” asked Sakura curiously as if Ino had any ideas on what they were going to do while they are here, humming Sakura grinned, “Also even if I’m injured you can carry me easily.” stated Sakura thinking things through.
