Kurenai smiled, continuing to bring hinata to the tower. She had hoped hinata. Would be interested, since if all went to plan. They were gonna visit that store either way.

"W..well, we could get ones with kitties, ne-san." Naruto suggested, as the tower got closer.

Hinata seeing Naruto broke from Kurenai and darted to the blonde as well she has a protective streak going for the meek blonde given Naruto reminds her how Hanabi once was aswell as Hinata has a crush on the blonde . Thankfully its a healthy one and not a fangirl situation or worse,True Hinata had been caught stalking ,watching him and even sneaking into his apartment but all the actions of those were proven she just was looking out for the blonde and not do to some fangirl mindset'' Naru-chan ! Are you okay?'' Hinata said worried for the boy. Still she then caught the smell she is still rather familiar with given Hanabi still has a slight need for padding so Hinata has never forgotten the smell of a used diaper plus she had changed Hanabi alot '' Oh ,you need a change. Let me take care of that for you '' Hinata was eager to do so for the Blonde to be nice.

''It'll do Fishcake'' Anko said but then brinked at Hinatas remark and offer and Anko had to pull Naruto close to her in a sort of 'mine' manner on this from an instinctive possessive trait ''Kurenia my sexy love, lay some ground rules or me and Hinata-chan may have a fight here'' Anko requested and warned as generally her and Hinata get along but well Anko is very big on insisting she gets to be the one to care for Naruto's potty trouble

Kurenai facepalmed as her apprentice and her..well, less than mature girlfriend were almost ready to brawl for the blond. "..anko, you know you're gonna have to eventually let someone else help with naru-chan, don't you? I'll buy you dango if you let her do it." She stated, knowing how to bribe her love. Though she turned to hinata. "..and hina-chan. Be nice with auntie anko, and I'll bake you some cinnamon rolls after the meeting." She bribed, to cover all bases.

Of course, the attention and overly load discussion, combined with his' crush's offer to change him was too much for poor naruto, who, as was common when he got too embarrassed too quick, poofed in a telltale white smoke. One that both anko and hinata would likely fight even harder for, knowing what resulted.

Of course, for once the bribing failed as the adult female and girl started a low-level fight over who gets to change Naruto really is kinda interesting for onlookers and even some Anbu stopped to watch , though the later was equal parts not wanting this to get out of hand and wanting to see how this turns out as lets face it the Anbu are aware that Anko doesn't needlessly harm kids unless the kids harm or upset Naruto and Hinata for no good reason. At worst Hinata would be worn out if Anko wins, while if Hinata wins Anko will be grumbling and annoyed that is if Kurenai,Naruto or the Hokage doesn't break this up. Its really telling how little Anko had mentally matured in some areas when she is willing to fight someone almost in the academy just for the sake of being the one to change a cute kid she has a bond with though in this case its rather easy to tell its a older sister/parent bond to a younger sibling/own child type of bond

Meanwhile, as hinata had an impromptu wrestling match with anko, naruto, or rather a smaller cuter, femine version of himself, due to his little "defense mechanism" slipped past the two sneaking to hide behind kurenai, whom simply chuckled and gave the shy child a pat on the head, heading into the office with him to wait out the brawl.

End result was easy as a sudden curse from Anko and coughing from her was the answer to who was the victory. Its then Hinata using some trick she learned from observing some ninjas was able to pull a sputtering Anko in the door

''Do I even want to know why a child and a Special Jonin was brawling outside my office that resulted in the Child winning?'' The Third Hokage was rubbing his forward over that while at the same time was loading his pipe with some tobacco, granted its the mixture Anko made as he may not be willing to admit it but he has started to smoke the tobacco with a slight bit of a smokeable drug in the mix to help with his varies ailments from old age . Its not enough to cloud his thinking or anything like that. Rather its just enough to help his body and with the ailments not bothering him as much he has a better clearer head on matters

Kurenai simply held up the chibi-naruto to answer that question.

Said chibi sheepishly waved. "U..uh, hello oji-Sama" he managed out, in a kind of "oh crap I'm in trouble aren't I" tone.

'' I can't wait to name you my successor Naru-chan.'' The Third Hokage had picked up calling Naruto that from the three girls using it so much and seeing Naruto didn't mind it so he has used it alot '' After all, I'm getting too old for all this '' The Third would have cursed in saying the whole phrase, but lets just say he may be the most skilled and powerful person in the village at the moment. He still fears the wrath of woman and well seeing as these two already are pseudo parents to the children in the room he doesn't want to risk getting harmed by the two . Especially Anko that woman is in T&I after all and would be more than willing to find a way to make him suffer without anyone being able to track it back to her.

''So Kurenai-Chan you said you needed to talk to me about a matter of importance and needed Hinata here aswell. Care to tell me what that is about before I see if I can get anything done for it and move onto why I wanted Anko-chan and Naruto here?'' The Third was the addressing the elder woman with the Chan suffix and not the childern as with his age he sorta has a right to address those of Anko aswell as Kurenai's age with a chan suffix like some adults to do children.

Hinata had her interest peaked now and got close as can be once she helped Anko into a chair that is

"Well, hokage-sama, I with to invoke the right of sensei guardianship in regards to hinata." She told the third bluntly, letting naruto down, who decided to run for hinata's lap to tease anko for once.

'' And is there any specific reasons why? Don't get me wrong Kurenai-Chan I would gladly allow it given the clans general.... Attitude....Methods....and ..... Practices ''' Its easy enough for most to see the Third was trying to be polite both because Hinata is in the room and he is in the presence of woman '' And so I some reasonable enough reasons outside of training. Perhaps some medical issues brought on from how the clan is. Something that happened that has affected her safety or mental state. Anything like that would be a guarantee to get it'' The Third just had raddled off afew matters really off the top of his head and atleast one matter is their some bladder trouble from something that still didn't seem to please who Hinata was trying to .

Hinata on the other hand more so on instinct from Naruto in a used diaper and from how Hanabi used to like it she started to rub and gently sguish Naruto's padded bottom in an innocent manner'' You are so adorable like this and tiny''Hinata said in a cooing like manner
