I got my wellness briefs yesterday tryied one on they sure soak up the liquid they must of added more absorbent crystles or somehing they feel like you have jello in your diaper. Other brands Tena, Traquility, or Abri-Form diapers pricey but they work for me

You can order Tranquility from a lot of online stores, but being that they have been my choice of diaper for a long time, I like to think I have a bit of an inside line on the least expensive. Keep in mind this is for the crate (96 diapers in Medium... I think it is 100 in Small or Youth size), and I also calculated it as the least expensive because the shipping and handling was free since it was over $50 order. I order from Disposable Medical Express (DME).

Make sure you get the ATN (All Thorugh the Night). I dunno how well slimlines work. I have not had problem with the bulk showing, but then I don't wear tight clothing either (I do wear jeans and stuff).

* They have samples of the ATN for 85 cents right now.

Tranquility is not for you, then. It will hold only about half of that when compared to the Abena X-plus. The Tranquility ATN is very thin out of the package, but does get thicker when wet. As for something more comparable, the wellness brief is pretty close, but I doubt it is sold in Australia. If you could get them you'd be paying a very high premium for a diaper that already costs me the same as the Abena here in the USA. Neither the Tranquility nor the Wellness Brief compare as far as the plastic backing is concerned for durability to the Abena(assuming that you are using the older style plastic backed Abena and not the Air Active cloth backed Abena).

I have had some quality control issues also appear with the wellness brief and was put off by their customer service representatives. They did not offer to make it right, but just said they were sorry. One of the QC issues was with the tape tabs being folded over wrong making the initial blue tape tab to be unusable. Another issue was when their machine was wrinkling the plastic and the plastic had weak spots were it would tear real easily as you moved around leaving the cotton fill exposed. Yet another was with a fill issue having the cotton fill run out the top edge of the diaper. All and all, I can say that the Wellness brief is not worth it.

Just my 2 cents.

You may also look into the Tena Flex Super Briefs for a comparable brief. They have a nice 50-75mm wide hook and loop fastener on each side instead of multiple tapes. They are a cloth backed brief with a lot of give in the elastic. They are much improved over the original Super Brief as far as comfort and durability and they are close in capacity to the Abena's. I would definitely give these a try.

Quite frankly, I have had more leaking diapers with Abena than with Tranquility ATN.
