Yes, Laurel knew what "going to work" meant for her in Mia's home. Putting on the skimpy maid uniform, which did noting to hide her diaper, she ran through the mental checklist of tasks to do. That was interrupted at the mention of "big girl time" which immediately put a zip in her movements, the proposed reward one of the things she actually enjoyed about all this. With everything in place she hurried off to do her chores as quickly as possible. Swiffer the floors, check. Dust the appliances, check. Scrub the toilet, check. Put out the garbage, check.

Mia slid on the long white stockings and heels along with her white gloves and short maid dress and finally the little maid hat that went with it. She smiled as she watched the girl walk around her home bending over to clean things, her cute lacy butt in the air. "Good girl." she said as she walked by patting her diapered rump, "get that nice and clean for mommy." she said with a smile as she walked downstairs and took a seat on her sofa and laid back watching her diapered maid walk around the house cleaning, driven by the desire to be rewarded, it was all too adorable for Mia to handle as she smiled uncontrollably as she watched.

Laurel rushed about with the studious efficiency she had put into her work as a secretary, actually enjoying fulfilling these task despite their menial nature. It still took a while for her to get house as she knew Mia liked it, the occasional pat to her diapered tush throwing her off and slowing her down if only minorly. When she felt she had done a good enough job she rushed to stand before Mia, proudly presenting herself, and saying "I'm done Mommy. Everything's nice and clean."

"Oh wow that was quick baby girl." she said standing up and walking up to the shorter girl and patting her bottom, "good nice and dry, let's go see how well you did ok?" she said as she began to look around the house. She walked through the halls, checking the walls for any stains, or any on the carpet. Next was the bathrooms, toilets and sink were both clean, the kitchen was next and sure enough it was spotless. "Wow, you have gotten so fast Aura" she said as she looked around her bedroom, finding it tidy, "you just earned yourself a nice reward and a guaranteed spot in mommy's bed tonight." she said with a soft smile. "now would you like to freshen up?" she said with a wink.

Laurel followed Mia around the house like a child whose chores were being inspect, taking short tentative steps that made sure they were never more than a foot apart. Standing in Mia's bedroom she blushed at the compliment and murmed a meek "Thank you" as she fidgeted in place, both excited and nervous about what might come next. She had been like this before becoming a big baby, as Mia's secretary she had worked diligently to earn the slightly older woman's respect and always got butterflies in her tummy whilst awaiting approval. That had been the beginning of it, when after a year of working together Laurel's admiration for her boss had become a crush and then a longing. These diapers, this infantile role, they were all things Mia had forced upon her; but her love for Mia was all her own and it was in these moments that she got to show her true feelings.

"Well let's go and get you cleaned up, working so hard you got all sweaty, and we can't have a sweaty baby girl at dinner." she said as she grabbed her hand and began to walk with her back to the nursery. Mia was well aware of the younger girl's feeling, Laurel was only 2 years younger than her, and she had to admit that the girl was cute. Mia had chosen to forcibly regress her secretary given her background. She had moved to town on her own, fresh out of college, she lived alone and always used public transit. So it was easy for her to snatch up the secretary after she had been studying her for a year. Plus she had to admit she was attracted to the girl, and she knew by how Laurel looked at her that she was attracted to her as well. So it had been two months since Laurel had been under her care, and it was time to shake things up a bit.

Laurel followed her new Mommy back to the nursery, an all pink room filled to the brim with everything babyish. The changing table that was just big enough for her and came with fastening straps was fully stocked with diaper, inserts, wipes, baby powder, rash cream, and a few other accoutrements. The crib was as big as a twin bed and fitted with tall locking bars and a fully functioning mobile. Along the floor were scattered an over abundant number of stuffed animals for Laurel to occupy herself with. While the room was more than familiar the diapered woman studied it as she wondered just why Mia wanted her in here.

"Alright let's get your uniform hung up so it doesn't get wringled." she said turning to her. She helped Laurel out of the heels and watched her shrink down about 5 inches. She knelt down and rolled down the girl's stockings and then slipped the dress off over her head along with the little hat. Finally she stripped off the lacy diaper cover and hung it up as well, leaving Laurel in just her thick white diaper. Mia looked back at Laurel and and smiled at the blushing girl, "come on sweety its time to wash you."s he said taking her hand and walking her to the bathroom. She untaped Laurel's diaper and patted her naked bottom, "get in sweety." she said. But when she went to sit in the tub, Mia grabbed her hand, "ah ah, not a bath tonight." she said. Mia then began to strip off her own clothing getting naked herself. "I think we can shower together." she said climbing in with her shorter companion.
