Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

A new Konohagakure and an old law
Temari was organizing her archives at her diplomatic building separating official and non official documents until one catches her eye. "What's this?" she asks as she pulls it down from the dusty stacks and seeing and sealed and holding the seal of the Hokage on it she stops everything. Temari puts the sealed and majorly important scroll in her bag and leaves her building and locks it up behind her "the Hokage has to see this, I don't know what it could be, but it's important" she says. Temari rushes the Hokage tower and enters and goes to the Hokage's office and knocks on the door, and than pulls out the scroll.

Tsunade who was confused grabbed the Scroll and Began Reading it
Dear 5th Hokage My Name is Sarutobi Hiruzen in this Scroll contains an old Law I created all Female Kunoichi Must wear Protection A.K.A Diapers Now I know what your thinking What kinda Law is this, This old man was probably going Senile But I Assure you I know what I was doing the Reason I created this Law is to Make our Village Bond Stronger then ever.

Temari was training in her apartment when she heard the usual commotion of people and went to look what was going on. Temari put it out of her mind and returned to her building and unlocked it, she had to know what else was just lying around that could be an ancient relic, technique, or anything else of importance.

The Jonin arrived all wondered why they were called for by the Hokage, was the village in danger? were they all to go on some high rank and high danger mission? none knew until they arrived and they all filed into the Hokage's office, each bowing in turn.
