A New Life, A New Foal {Private with Nerdking1500}

Vinyl tried to fight back, but earth ponies were known for their strength. Vinyl was not. She looked between the high chair and Octavia. "I don't want to... Do I really have to? This is stupid..." Vinyl was not in the mood to be a good little girl right now. Vinyl was in the mood to be eating breakfast in a regular chair. But noooooo.

Octavia frowned as she dragged her along before giving her a look. "Vinyl Scratch, foals do not use big pony chairs. And if you don't sit there right now, I will do something way worse then put you in a diaper." she scolded, giving her a frown. Yes, she wanted her to be a foal, and she'd care for her, but that didn't leave out methods of discipline meant for... slightly older ponies.

Vinyl didn't like that look Octavia was giving her... Worse than being put in a diaper? The heck would Octy do? She looked wearily between the highchair and Octavia. She didn't sound like she was bluffing. She was gonna do 'something'. Vinyl just had no idea what that something was. "... Fine, I'll sit in the stupid chair." Scratch didn't know how much more she could take of this foal stuff.

Octavia gave her friend a look, and could see her considering her warning. Frankly, she didn't want to have to punish her on her first day, but nodded as Vinyl listened to her and finally got in the chair. She gave a nod of approval and smiled at her. "That's much better, Vinyl." she said, before putting the tray over her as well. She then walked over to the counter and actually got out some foal food for her. "Now, time for your breakfast." She said, holding up a small bowl, the bottle, and a spoon.

Vinyl tried to get herself comfortable in the highchair. This was so embarrassing. Good thing nopony but Octavia could see her like this. Then, she saw what she was having for breakfast. "Awww... I thought you meant like pancakes..." Vinyl started pouting again.

Octavia giggled at how her friend looked up in the chair, her diaper somewhat poking out and keeping her legs spread wide under the tray. She then blinked at her when she pouted. "Sorry, but for now, we're starting with foal food. If you behave and be a good little foal for a few days, maybe we can switch to those later." she explained. She then gave her a look at her pouting. "Vinyl, what did I tell you about watching your behavior?"

Maybe? Ugh... Uh oh. Vinyl sat up a bit straighter and tried to stop pouting. "...sorry..." This was impossible. How did her life get to this point? She waited for the food Octavia was going to give her. If one could call it food.

Octavia gave her a look before nodding as she calmed down. "That's better. You're lucky that I'm giving you so many chances, but you shouldn't be pushing your luck so much." she added briefly before instead offering Vinyl a spoonful of mashed carrots and putting it in her mouth with a smile. "Now, eat up Vinyl. You need to finish it all." she told her.

Shouldn't be pushing her luck so much? Great. She was on thin ice. Whatever that meant. The spoonful of orange stuff came down to her mouth. Ugh... Vinyl barely liked carrots to begin with. The spoon entered her mouth and it took every ounce of willpower she had not to make a face. It was like carrots, if carrots were mushy and tasted worse. She swallowed the substance and looked to Octavia.

Octavia noticed her face she made during her feeding... and was well aware of her dislike for the orange vegetables that grew in the ground. Nonetheless though, she kept feeding her. "Now Vinyl, that's enough. Carrots are good for your eyes, and that should certainly count in your case since you insist on wearing those shades indoors all the time." Octavia told her. "Besides, you're doing a great job so far." she added, patting her head after giving her yet another spoonful.
