(That is certainly doable. I'm familiar with George III's downward spiral. I have also seen the 1994 film The Madness of King George with Nigel Hawthorne (who happened to voice Professor Porter in Disney's Tarzan). By the way, maybe we could do something with one or more of Henry VIII's six brides, specifically Catherine of Aragon or Ann Boleyn. Or we could even do one of Catherine's daughter, Elizabeth I.)
