Velma Dinkley member of the Famous Mystery Inc gang needed a vacation… Not only was the creeps getting more creepy... But the cases was getting more danger filled not to forget those damned booby trapped bathrooms/restrooms that either trap you in or send you to another place … Then there is the fact all the gang besides her has started believing in the supernatural all do to some cases where things she can't fully explain happen … Which she is sure is just some gap in her knowledge of science and of tricks used to fool the more stupid of society ...that or its things science just hasn't reached a point it can explain yet...

That's why she needed a vacation so to get away from it all for awhile.. Thus she went on a search for a place that suits what she is looking for online... Unaware the supernatural forces seem to have taken offense to her denialist nonbeliever stance thus in her search a website was made by the supernatural to lure Velma to a location that is out near a place known as nowhere … Where strange happens but Velma just chalks that up to locals telling talltales and besides the place being advertised on this web page sounds greet to her... Granted it seems to be a former daycare center renovated to be a out of the way retreat for those who are smart looking to get away from the people who gets fooled

The retro fitted nurser/hotel was waiting for the girl’s arrival. The spirit had organized it all so the place would have nature documentaries and other “intelligent shows” of course each one would get more and more immature in target demographics. The place just opened and it had a specially tailored test to prove your “smart enough to go” so it won’t shock Velma with the small amount of people.

As the girl got off the plane a limo was waiting to bring her to the hotel. “Mid Dinkley” The driver called out. As the girl got in. She might’ve noticed the slightly odd eye color of the man. They had an odd glassy sheen.

Velma blinked she didn't expect a Limo.. though she supposed her being famous the place wanted to ensure she gave it a good rating by the end of her stay.. Which is very logical to do.. butter up who has positive reception with the masses or the group a place tailors itself too so as to get more business from great reviews .. But she isn't going to be fooled to give a good review if this is the case... Though given she noticed the glassy sheen of the mans eyes she got abit nervous not because she thinks its anything unnatural afoot..rather she thinks this man might have some vision problems despite being a driver .. But she for now said nothing to not be rude as the company this man belongs to must trust this driver .

Still she frowned when she found no access to the web no matter what gadget she used to boost her signal or get a connection not a military satalite connection produced any results and her cellphone is now refusing to work at all'' Strange all my research shown there was no dead zones for cellphones or internet '' Velma muttered to herself as they was on their way to the place she may be doomed to stay at without anyone the wiser

They pulled into the drive way. The door was opened by the man allowing Velma to get a look at her soon to be home and prison. It seemed like a luxurious hotel out front a little fountain in the front. And a noticable fence. A nice matronly looking woman with black eyes approached “hello there dear welcome” she said smiling brightly.

She led Velma into the nice reception desk tho... it looked a lot like a sign in desk for a day care rather than a hotel reception. Their was even a play area in the corner for children

Velma though despite it all wasn't any the wiser purely for she reasoned the reception desk was the same desk from when this was a place for children as it's not like most people would care what a sign in desk is like … She though at to wonder why a play area for children would be in such a place still... After all what brilliant man or woman would have children ? It'd get in the way of learning and advancing things for others... Though she supposed raising children is a learning experience at the very least.

Whatever the case she singed her name in and went towards the'' entertainment '' area and geing to the documentary section as the place boasted it has a vast collection that is always updating though it keeps even the no longer factual ones from new findings for historical reasons... Regardless Velma had gravitated to the ones that are more speculative then documentary that is of ancient life to relax for now as she had sent her stuff ahead

As the girl sat and her room was readied the woman came over handing her a drink. “Your stuff is in your room second floor first door on your left.” She smirked she knew the girl was going to soak her bed... she’d be regressed slowly but surely. “There’s a selection of documentaries in your room.”

The room was nice soft pink carpeting on the floor was the only indication this room wasn’t an oridinary hotel room. That and the desk in one corner with assorted research novels.

Velma blinked at the Drink... Well she was feeling thirsty even if she hadn't asked for a drink,It did have a odd glow to the drink though... But then again their is plenty of harmless stuff you can put in drinks to give drinks a glow and this is a vacation themed hotel for those that are smart or so it was claimed... So she was thinking its perfectly fine as she isn't here on a case unknown to her its do to some supernatural energy that gave the drink its glow... She also is unaware the reason the drink was so big was to ensure she soaks the bed badly .

Regardless as she went to her room sipping the drink feeling more and more oddly compelled to drink this tasty drink and when she got there she inserted a disk to watch and lay in bed to watch the program

As the girl watched her documentaries. She saw the show change a bit. Or we’ll it would be barely perceptible just some gentle beginnings for hypnotic suggestions.

As the girl wet the bed the magic of the hotel ensured she maintained a deep sleep. Things were just beginning

Velma thought nothing of the slight changes thinking it a poor master copy or something like that ,though as she sleep she had a odd dream that she can in the morning blame for her bedwetting episode aswell as the massive drink she had... Sure the drink matter is more commonly linked to kids and some teens drinking too soon or too much before bed... But Velma will do what she can not to admit either her body is betraying her or something else is happening as she wants to relax... Thus when she woke up feeling cold and clammy she first assumed in her sleepy state maybe she hadn't finished the drink and it spilled or it rained in the night and there was a leak that wasn't known … That was till the smell hit her sense of smell and she already felt some minor shame over the matter as she went to strip the bed hoping the place has some extra linen in the hotel bathroom so she'd not have to tell a staff member what she did in her sleep

Of course they didn’t have anything and she’d have to call the staff to take care of it.

A buxom young maid walked in to help “oh you poor thing you get cleaned up I’ll sort out the bed” she said firmly as she stripped the bed and began bringing the stuff to get cleaned. Velma had multiple activities to do around the hotel there was a pool, there were various activities including an aquarium with some small fish. And other snooty activities.
