Ollie being a idiot at the moment believing Roy he turned quickly to the window and scanned the outdoors with his eyes of course to see anyone but no-one was there so he turned back and was about ready to get serious



Kara would have countered again but she was stopped and had to facepalm at Kons reaction aswell as question to her. After all Kara may enjoy some little kid toys that Linda and Clark know of but theres alot no one but real little kids and babies at this time knows she enjoys playing with do to babysitting gigs shes had without anyone else around.

''Yes little brother there is but I doubt you'll like them much if at all ''Kara spoke on the the matter of bath toys even if Kon hadn't waited for her reply yet unknown to Kara that sense the JL started the PR side of thing alot of good guy based toys have been popping up for bath toys that and Kara didn't know that theres MLP bath toys either so each of them may be finding bath toys they like that was gotten.''Though I do want to be with my little brother in the tub''Kara added shyly on the matter when Kon seemed distracted enough so Linda would hear but not Kon or Clark


Clark couldn't help having a sly smile of his own at Kons reaction to Lindas statement ''Yes it is Champ,you both will and I believe Kara will be proven wrong on what she just said on the toys''

“Ha! Psych!” Roy chortled: as soon as Ollie had turned at just the right angle, the young archer whipped the washcloth out of the water and, with a twirl of his wrist, let it fly to meet his foster father’s unsuspecting face.

“Haha, you left yourself open for that one, old man!” the red head couldn’t help but laugh out as the cloth hit its’ mark “Better yet, you taught it to me!”



“Don’t you worry my baby girl,” Linda cooed and scooped up the young blonde into a loving embrace “I wouldn’t dream of separating you two at this point. Now you’ll get to be clean and have a few extra minutes to play with him—not a bad deal, hmm?”


Now, ordinarily Kon probably would have taken Kara’s advice at face value—but as the concepts of baths happened to be such a new discovery for Kon (and a pleasant one at that, to be honest.) he had to turn to her with a bit of a pout.

“I wanna play in the bath with Kara!” he chirped up over Kara’s grumbling and held his arms out for his father, bouncing on the balls of his feet in anticipation.

Ollie grabbed the washcloth from his face and just as skillfully tossed it back a Roy only given his years of childcaring from before adopting Roy and after he knows how to toss a wet washcloth with alot more speed which he did. Really just fooling around like this might be enjoyable to both as neither archer has had fun in each others company for years upon years. ''I haven't taught you everything yet''Ollie countered that last comment from his adopted son


''Whatever so long as my little brothers happy,mommy''Kara tried to play off how shes happy with this turn of advents but it should be obvious to Linda after so many days that Kara is just as happy and anticipating this as much as Kon is


Clark gently picked Kon up and cradled Kon in a loving embrace heading towards the only other bathroom in the house. the one that has the big tub in it. Its of course ready for use and such for anyone all that will need retrieved from the other bathroom is the bubblebath and bath toys

“Agh, hey!” Roy chortled still as the cloth landed squarely against the water and sent another splash to hit him. Still, he couldn’t help look up with that same cheeky grin as Ollie approached once more.

“Pfft, you’re just bluffing,” he cockily needled and waggled the cloth daringly in his hands “You taught me too well; I know all your tricks!”



“Oh of course. Who’s such a good big sister then, hmm?” Linda chuckled right back and landed a kiss against her baby’s cheek “You are, yes you are my little darling.”

Very rarely did Linda miss the opportunity to fuss and coo over Kara as she did right now; even though the bathroom was less than a few paces away the whole journey was spent just planting kiss after kiss against her soft little cheeks.

“Now you just sit tight and watch Kon while I run the bath for you, ok?” she finally spoke and set Kara to sit on the bathroom’s rug “Mommy’s gonna make it nice and warm for you to relax in.”


“Are bath toys fun, daddy?” Kon chattered as they made their way from bathroom to bathroom “‘Cos I want Kara to play, but I don’t want her to think I'm a dork…Are they really fun or are you guys just saying it?”

Though, he quietly reminded himself, diapers, bottles and baby toys weren’t exactly up there on the cool kids’ register—but in the last day or two, he’d genuinely found it difficult not to have some fun in this predicament.

''You may know them but not how to do them.''Ollie retorted to the last comment as he cockily walked over and with Roys hear still soaking wet got some of Roys favorite childhood shampoo and the same scent on Roys hair starting to work up a lather.


Kara couldn't help but giggle slightly at the kissing and fussing thought when she was asked to watch her little brother she nodded ''Of course I will all too happily mommy''On the second part on the temperature she snorted''By now Mommy you should know I'm relaxed best in the hottest it can be but My little brothers body can't stand that hot of water''Kara commented not sure if her mommy shares that oddity as Kara isn't sure if that trait is from Kara having lived on a planet that at a point was turning into a frozen wasteland or if its genetics.


''Yes they are son''Clark left off the fact they are for the moment part only fun for babys and little kids but well Kon and Kara will be finding a interest and fun in these bathtoys this time''She won't think of you as a dork. Not when from what I hear her school friends and her in general are made fun of and such for being strange''

The familiar waft of orange and lime that descended from the soapy locks caught Roy so suddenly; for a good few moments he was stunned, paralysed as glimpses of his boyhood bath time seemed to bubble up out of nowhere. He remembered how he used to spend forever playing with a little plastic bow and arrow, trying to knock a row of bottles of aftershaves and shampoo off the bath board and into the water—extra points if he kept the caps on and had them all set back up before Ollie came back so that he could show him.

With a blink, he forced himself to snap out of it and wasted no time in trying to duck and weave away from the rather pleasant shampooing; unfortunately, even in a tub this big there wasn’t much room for a grown man to squirm away.

“Ugh, quit it, will ya?” he fussed still from under Ollie’s gentle lathering and resigned himself to fold his arms and huff “I aint used that in years. Too…orangey. Jeez, what’s with all the nostalgia today? I thought you were supposed to be ‘punishing’ me?”




“Don’t you worry sweetie pie,” Linda chuckled all too endearingly to her darling daughter’s instructions “Mommy knows just what your little brother needs. I think I can run a temperature that’ll make you both happy. Now, on to the important things; which bubble bath would you like today, honey?”

On the side-board sat a rather extensive collection of fragrances that Linda had collected for Kara just this week alone; she was very conscious of smell, you see, anything to drive away memories of the clinical air Cadmus always kept—while she knew perhaps it was a little excessive, she liked offering her baby the choice when she could.



“I hate the kids in Kara’s class, daddy,” Kon was quick to pout up at the matter “They’re awful to ‘er! I wish I could just get back at ‘em all for her!”

Ollie couldn't help his smile morph into a fond one at how Roy was acting on the shampooing even more so on the childish way of how Roy spoke on wanted him to quit it''Lets just punishments don't need to always have someone be negative to the one thats getting punished ''



Kara looked at the collection of bubble bath scents she would have chosen her favorite which is traditionally seen as a girls fragrance albeit that has been steadily being chanced,yet in a community like this its still widely seen as a girly scent and so seeing as she'll be bathing with Kon most of the time from now on she will stick to scents of bubble bath that won't get Kon any more trouble from the kids at school. So with a noticeable waddle she went over to to the sideboard grabing the bubble bath scent that is gender neutral and its a scent both her and her little brother likes about the same



Clark couldn't help but feel the need to nip that matter in the bud before it became a problem''Kon you can't it wouldn't be right and if you do something that harmed them it wouldn't bold well for you or me either''Clark though knowing he shouldn't encourage what hes about to do its better then letting his son do something real foolish''But perhaps you could prank then but even then a punishment will happen if its too far '' Clark then moved onto the next matter at hand getting his son out of that wet diaper

“…My punishment is a bubble bath?” Roy puzzled at once, sliding one of the long dregs of hair out of his face to blink up at his foster father “Uh…yeah, wow, boy Ollie…that’ll really teach me a lesson…”

Yet, something in his voice suggested that this didn’t seem too far from the truth. Maybe it was just the nostalgic scent drifting about the air, but the red-head seemed rather susceptible to the attention. Oh sure, he fussed still as he was shampooed and rinsed, but he didn’t quite seem able to pull much of a pout or glare when Ollie was smiling at him so fondly like that.

It reminded him of when he was little…he couldn’t help but miss it.



“That’s one of my favourites too,” Linda commented as she went to gently take the bottle from her little girl’s hand “Excellent choice sweetie; now, I’ll just add this in and then what say we get you ready for a dip?”

With just a few drops of the chosen bubble bath, the warm water began to froth up nicely and a warm, earthy smell began to rise from the tub.

With a smile, Linda then turned back to Kara and effortlessly lifted the girl into her lap.

“Now then, let’s get these little tootsies uncovered…” the blonde lovingly narrated as she peeled the cotton white socks off of Kara’s feet “Aa-and get this off…” the shirt came next, before finally her fingers wandered to the tapes of the sodden diaper “So then we can get this yucky thing off and have you smelling all nice and sweet again,”



“But it’s still not fair…” Kon moped just a little bit, ducking slightly at his father’s gentle chiding “They’re so mean to us—er, her—” he covered quickly “I just don’t like it…”

While he mightn’t have been happy at the thought of disappointing his daddy, the sour look forming on his face seemed to give once they stepped back into the bathroom. Already, the pleasant fragrance of bergamot and sandalwood wafted about the room and the sight of the tub filling up nice and deep was enough to bring a grin back to the boy’s young face.

“Wow, look!” he chirped, pointing over to the filling tub in utter excitement “The water’s all different!”

''Its just one small factor of it ''Ollie commented on the question from his ward but given the sarcastic tone from Roy he couldn't help but still catch something in the tone that his ward used that wordlessly said his ward would learn something and sorta miss the past

''Come on now that you're clean and rinsed lets get you ready for the day ''Ollie commented as he retrieved the biggest towel from the linen closest to dry Roy off at this point''Unless you want more bath time''


Kara let out a cute squeak like normal when not expecting to be picked up when she should have expected it by now given how many days shes been picked up it should be expected to be randomly picked up without any warning. Still her nose wrinkled up when the diaper was opened mainly for its one thing to be changed out of a recently wet diaper but when you wake up wet the urine tends to be stronger in scent when it can be smelled but she was glad to be out of the used diaper. She's already to be put in the tub now if the fact she had her arms out to be picked up is any indication



''I can't help that Kon its unavoidable but I help lessen it by bringing it up to the parents and teacher '' Clark caught the slip up of the mean part being both the kids but said nothing of it at this time . More so when Kon chirped about the bubble bath matter ''bubble baths are like that''Clark by then got Kon picked up as he sat down and went to undress Kon

“Tch. Like hell…” Roy was quick to snort, but even he had to admit there wasn’t quite as much heart in it as usual. Infact, slouched over like that in the middle of the bath with his lip still protruding just so, you could argue Roy Harper looked downright lonely without Ollie kneeling by him.

With a deep sigh, the lanky red-head finally hefted himself out of the warm water and met the morning air with a startled squeak.
Never one for the cold, he didn’t even think about what he was doing as he scampered towards the towel and landed in the fluffy folds with a shiver; the terry cloth was soft as ever.

“Y’know Ollie, not that I’m complaining but with all this pampering I’m not really seeing what I’m supposed to be sorry for,” Roy couldn’t help but comment again as another smirk began to curl at his lip; that smart mouth always seemed two steps ahead of his brain, you see, and so he couldn’t help feel a little cocky for it “What’s next? You gonna truss me up in your finest threads?”




“Upsie-dasie my sweet lil’ baby,” Linda just couldn’t help but coo as she lowered her little girl into the warm, bubbly water.

“There now,” she smiled once the girl was all settled in “How’s that? Nice and warm?”




“But I never had a bubble bath before!” the boy chirped rather excitedly as the water continued to froth and bubble a few more moments before Linda finally shut off the faucet “It looks neat!”

At the best of times, Kon had trouble sitting still; be it for a diaper change, feeding time or just watching TV he just seemed to always need to wriggle and move. Now, as Clark tried to undress him, he found himself squirming rather impatiently under his father’s hands.

“Daa-aaady, hurry up…” He whined, making an effort to squirm around to get a better look at the water “I wanna see if it’s as awesome as you said!”
