She clearly thought her friend was overreacting and was crossing a major line by spanking her. Chloe was glad to see Amy handling the situation and asked Jennifer "Want to go get changed for the party ?" She was sure that the cashier would arrive in less than an hour so they didn't have much time.

Jennifer seemed comforted and decently relieved by Chloe's words, though she quickly shook her head. "I don't know.. but I don't want to wear just my diaper... b..besides.. you wouldn't even let me do that would you.. ?" She asked her new mother curiously, as that would mean she was naked on top. "I am not.. now you need to behave.. " Amy stated once more to Rachel.

"I don't know you might look cute and we could make you Baby New Year" Chloe told Jennifer only half joking about it as she began the diaper change. She wondered what the girl would think of that idea as she doubted anyone would mind seeing her at the party in just a diaper. "You just don't know how to have fun" Rachel whined to Amy as she kept trying to get away from the spanking. She knew that sometimes she could get a little carried away but didn't like to admit it.

Jennifer did actually like the sound of that, she had to admit that in the image she had of herself in her mind, she looked very adorably dressed in a little top hat, diaper, and a sash with the year. "I .. um.. hmm.. tell you what mommy.. if you tape the sash to my left breast and cover my right nipple some how.. I'll do it.. plus it has to make my friends more comfortable with their diapers.. but Rachel doesn't get any mercy if she makes fun of me.. " She stated, though blushed as she realized everyone would know when she used her diaper. "No.. I know how to have fun Rachel.. and you're way simply isn't it.. " Amy stated as she pinched the bridge of her nose. Then she sighed and decided to pull Rachel over her lap and started swatting her thigh fairly hard.

"Well usually Baby New Year doesn't wear anything under her sash but I think we can make an exception for this extra cute one. And if Rachel doesn't behave you can personally give her whatever punishment you want" Chloe told Jennifer as she taped up the new diaper on her. She then without warning blew on her tummy hoping to make her new daughter laugh. "Cut it out ! I'm not a little kid !" Rachel told Amy as she soon burst into tears crying at the pain of it. Although the pain wasn't as bad with the diaper shielding her butt by the end it was clear she would be on her best behavior.
