Alex shivered at the contact...she would have to learn to stop doing that. As Alex shivered the laxative kicked in and she began to mess herself. The poop came pouring out and her diaper sagged and it couldn't hold it all; the poop and pee falling down her leg. She began to cry, hysterically almost.

"awww don't cry Alex, come on, i'll go get you cleaned up" said Melody reassuring her sister. She picked her up and carried her up to their bedroom. Melody laid Alex down on their bed and was just about to change her when she let out a very loud wet fart which made her poop a little bit, but she ignored it. The pressure built up in her tummy and she tried to force it out, she let out another loud wet fart and began fully messing herself noisily, she also began peeing again, but she didn't care. "ahhh, all better" she said as she finished messing with one more wet fart. She then continued changing Alex's diaper. "There you go sis, all better" she said blushing at her accident.

"It's okay, no problem. We're in this together aren't we?" Alex said, getting right to work cleaning her sister. It took a good ten minutes or more but finally Alex was able to snuggly fit the diaper around her sister's waist. "Feel good?"
