Bio: Neo is a rough and rugged fox with a level head on his shoulders. He tries to be diplomatic in most cases, having a silver tongue and knowing just how to use it, though he's not one to back down from a fight if there's no other option (He is a skilled fighter and can usually hold his own in a fight no matter the circumstances). He can be tender when it's necessary, and has a very soft side that he doesn't show all that often. He can be quite the hopeless romantic with people he's quite infatuated with as well, though his rough outgoing front can make him look a bit oblivious to any romantic inclinations.
Neo can also be rather kinky as well, being into a motley assortment of things including diapers, humiliation, crossdressing, sploshing, bondage, and petplay. Diapers are his biggest kink, and he wears them quite frequently. He also doesn't shy away from using them as well, usually enjoying filling out the seat of his pants and proudly admiring his work, either by observing it, feeling it up, or just having a seat in it. This tends to be a bit of a weak spot for him, as he doesn't like to be soft or let his guard down for fear of somebody wishing harm on those close to him. Because of this, he always presents a very rough and rugged front, hiding his softer side away and giving the appearance of somebody you really don't want to mess with. This does take its toll on the fox however, which only further increases his desire to let his guard down and show his soft side.
As dominant as he may act or portray himself to be, Neo is really more submissive at heart. He adores being cared for and having somebody stronger than him to snuggle up to, and enjoys being clad in just a diaper in such situations. Though it isn't a major interest of his, he doesn't mind being babied as well; diaper changes, bottle and spoon feedings, playing in mud, getting dressed up, and stroller rides are all fun and enjoyable activities for him in the right situations (and with the right crowds). Of course, Neo is quite skilled at performing these acts with other people as well, acting as a dominant and a caretaker himself. The fox has a soft spot for submissive characters, and sees himself as a guardian or caretaker for them, but he doesn't mind if they try their hand at being more assertive, and will gladly switch roles if it means he gets to be soft and submissive again.
