Redcrest finished relieving himself and approached his keeper. "Okay, I'm ready!" He looked at the gear that was prepared. The most obvious was the steel and leather muzzle to keep him from biting anyone (not that he ever would). The next items were fleece lined leather mittens that were linked by a chain. They prevented him from clawing anyone (intentionally or accidentally). The final item besides the diaper was a set of leather booties that covered all his claws. They could even be linked by a chain to keep the raptor from running away.

Greyazure's keeper waited for his raptor to finish up as he got the supplies ready.

Redcrest's keeper nods. "Alright." SHe told him before proceeding to get the gear on the raptor.

Greyazure finishes up and went over to his trainer with a chitter. "Okay..I am ready now." He told him and sighs.

Redcrest stayed perfectly still as the booties were put on. The mittens were next and the chain secured. The last was the muzzle, kept slightly loose so he could talk if needed or eat small food.

His tail swished back and forth as he was diapered.

Greyazure's keeper patted the raptor. "What do you want me to put on first?"

Redcrest's keeper patted him on the head when it was done. "You're all set now."

Greyazure looked to the gear and sighs. "I suppose the mitten things will go first." He told him.

Redcrest nodded. "Forgetting something?" he asked. He gestured with his head to the steel cable leash that would attach to his muzzle.

Greyazure's keeper picked up one of the mittens and gently slid his raptor's right hand into it, making sure it was properly fitted.

The zookeeper then looked at Greyazure. "Is something wrong?" he asked.

Redcrest's keeper blinks and looks to it. "Ooh right..oops." She went over to get them and came back to put it on his muzzle.

Greyazure looked to him when one of his claws is covered up. "This is slightly embarrassing, to be honest." He muttered softly.

Greyazure's keeper rubbed his neck. "I know but it's not like I have a choice." He slid the left mitten into Greyazure's left hand and gently tightened both mittens and chained them together.

Redcrest stood patiently by his keeper, much like a dog would. "You know," he said. "It's not too bad. I mean, I could do without the muzzle and mittens but the diaper and boots aren't too bad."

Greyazure chittered on the rubbing and looks to him. "I know..." He looks down to his claws once they are covered and chained up completely. "I guess now either the boots or the muzzle restraints."

Redcrest's keeper looks to him and pats his head while holding the chain leash. "Well, i'm glad you think it is but we can't be too careful if an accident were to occur during this." She said.

"Boots then." Greyazure's keeper gently lifted up his raptor's foot to slip the boots on. "You want them chained or unchained?" he asked as he got to work securing the boot in place.

Redcrest nodded. "I'm not going to bite anyone!" He did understand the reason for the mittens though. It wasn't known he was fully sapient and he could easily be branded a dangerous animal and never allowed to interact with the public again if he scratched someone. Even if by accident.

Greyazure looked to him on the question. "WHichever you prefer, I am not sure if I can move well while chained." He answered while his clawed feet are getting covered up.

Redcrest's keeper nodded to him. "I know, but these are for precautions. You'd never know what could happen."
