The Perfect Assistant

Claire Leboy sat in the largest office of her building on one of its highest floors, the entire was behind her made of a single pain of glass so that her view of New York City was that of a god's. Indeed many in the business world saw her as such, a woman who had founded a company with her college sweetheart and built it into one of the worlds largest and richest multimedia conglomerates.

Not long ago she had been placed on two of Forbes' lists, the first being the "World's Most Powerful Female CEOs" and the second being "Sexiest Billionaires". Her beauty was one of the companies least best kept secrets, with her pictures on magazine covers and presidential fund raising ads.

Unfortunately, this did not matter ever since two years ago when her husband Henry, her partner and the love of her life, had driven them off the rode during a terrible Vermont snow storm. He had died while she lived, but their were indeed consequences as the crash had done irreparable damage to the nerves in her lower abdomen. From then on Claire the billionaire had become incontinent and forced back into diapers for the first time since childhood.

"Send her in." she told the temp through her intercom.

Coming through Claire's door was a young shy woman about in her early twenties. She pushed up her glasses and stepped in nervously. Her name was Madison Cross. Maddy for short. "I-I'm here for the assistant job..." She has no idea of Mrs. Leboy's diapered problem and what she was in for. Maddy did put her history working at a daycare on her resume.

"Thank you Miss Cross." Claire responded very formally although she flashed her a genial smile. "Now I believe that you were briefed on who I am and what position you'll be filling while working for me by the head hunter. I've read over your file quiet extensively and I must say I'm quite pleased, however, I would like to hear a little about you. So please, tell me a about yourself." she said as she closed the folder on the desk and steepled her fingers while leaning back in her executive chair.

"Well... umm..." Maddy tried to figure out where to begin with this and made her way to the chair in front of Claire's desk. "Well, I recently got finished with college. Graduated a few months back. I didn't really do much with my life because I'm bit of an... anti-social person.... Though, I have worked at a daycare ever since I was 14."

"Mhmm I see. I remember reading you received a 3.7 at Columbia, quite nice." Claire responded warmly with a toothy smile. "I was told that you were an intern at our finance branch, showing me you can handle the numbers aspect of this job. Now, you brought up the day care which is very important in that-" she paused for a moment, closing her eyes and giving a soft sigh, before returning to normal and continuing "can you please give me an idea of what you did there?"

Maddy was a bit confused when Claire asked that. Why would she ask about what I did at daycare? She probably has a child of her own. "Well, umm, I worked with little kids around toddler age but I mostly worked in the nursery, taking care of babies. Change them, feed them, things like that."

"That's good." she nodded, looking her over before putting her hands on the table. "Do you remember two years ago when all of the newspapers were reporting on an accident my husband and I were in? The car crash was horrible and injured both of us, my husband being killed from his wounds." Claire told the young woman with a bit of stiffness in her voice. After a moment or two she continued "I however, was left with severe nerve damage in my lower abdomen. This has affected my bladder and bladder unfortunately forcing me to use...diapers."

Maddy's eyes widen. She remembered watching that tragic incident on the news. Though the media cease to mention her bladder problem. "So... you're looking for someone.... to change you...?"

"Yes," the billionaire said as she looked down for just a moment, "it's extremely difficult to run my company, run around town for my meetings and social events, and worry about changing my own diapers." With that she stood up and walked around her desk to the far wall to the girls right, gesturing for her to follow her, before pushing on the wall and opening it up to a hidden room. While many business executives had hidden private bathrooms this was something different, pink walls and marble floors decorated the room while a large padded table was against the wall. Beneath the table was stacked with every changing supply one could imagine and directly next to it was an expensive looking garbage can which contained any and all odors.

Maddy was amazed and in complete awe at the small nursery. Nothing like it was at the daycare she used to work at. "Does this mean I have the job...?" She asked.
