Izzy smiled as she and her baby boys picked out their big items. As for the rest of it, it was easy. She got them two baby bottles, pacifiers, diapers with butterflies, wipes and powders. "Now, since you two have been such good babies, you each can pick a toy you want," she told them.

Phineas picked out a little toy that taught numbers and music. Ferb picked a toy that taught animals and sounds. The boys helped bring everything home once it was paid for. They took some time to set up the room. Once it was all done the brothers looked quite nervous. "Uh..so what now?" Phineas asked.

Izzy thought about what was next. She wasn't exactly used to being a mommy yet, so she was still a but nervous. Although she was sure that she would grow into it! "I think that you two need to decide if both of you want to be diapered now, or wait until you mess your underwear. One final goodbye as it were," she suggested.

"Um...i guess we should get diapered now" Phineas replied. The boys each hopped onto the changing table fully clothed. They each layed down and relaxed as best they could. "We're ready" He said.

Isabella looked nervous as she look at her new boys. She knew that this would get easier in time. She took a deep breath as she looked at both of them and closed her eyes. She knew that she was nervous, but she pulled down both of their shorts, exposing their underwear to the world.

The boys closed their eyes and relaxed on the table. They took deep breaths as their undies were exposed. "I love the smell of baby powder" Phineas said.

Isabella smiled as she looked and blushed, seeing their underwear. She took another deep breath and looked at Phineas...before turning towards Ferb, wanting to save her crush for last. Trying to appear calm, she pulled Ferb's underwear off, leaving his bottom half naked.

Isabella took a deep breath as she put Ferb in a diaper. He didn't need to be wiped or powdered since he didn't mess or wet himself yet. She then taped him up, so that the diaper was very snug on the silent brother. "There we go. How does it feel?' she asked Ferb.
