Luna smiled at the remark but was less so about meeting Edna and more about able to find someone similar to her by proxy from meeting Edna and Hank showing up''Oh she was ?'' Luna questioned interested in that tidbit of info as she made herself comfortable and then wondered something else''How long you gonna be here?'' Luna asked wondering if it'd be too stupid to invite Hank to her birthday party that's coming up.. Granted Lunas own party will be crazy given by then she'll be having the Phoenix Force with her in a miniature form probably going to disguise itself as a plushie for Lunas body wouldn't be ready to take all that power yet... Unless the Phoenix does some tampering but as much as the Phoenix has had its moments of bad guy thinking and behavior its become more understanding of right and wrong. So it likily won't do tampering.

''All boys are less grown up then girls ''Luna stated back to Hank saying hes not a brat... Showing if anything Hank and Luna may get into harmless arguments over such things while she is being babysat and hes at his parents house... Granted Hank might atleast be in agreement to watching Sesame Street given he has seemed to keep a slight interest in it despite his age. That would help give credence to Lunas belief though too.


''She'll be back in 10 minutes tops'' Grandma McCoy stated as she gently pitched Hanks cheek'' Such a mommas boy... Why couldn't you have been a grandmas boy instead?'' Grandma McCoy stated not being insulting on the mommas boy matter just stating how she wished Hank was more for her them Edna in bonds. Despite that she also decided to be abit devious ''You know I recall someone used to love the cookie monster and now he could pass himself off as that fellow''

Hank smiled and nodded lightly in confirmation of the teacher thing. Though he paused in thought at the comment about how long that he'd be here. "I'm not sure. I needed a break from things going on in New York. So probably for a little while." Hank noted with a warm smile and fuzzled the hair or fur atop her head softly. And while the Phoenix might have a greater understanding of right and wrong... the question might better be asked if Luna had the same understanding of such things.

Hank scoffed just a bit at the less grown up comment. "I think I'm quite a bit more grown up than you." Hank tapped her playfully on the nose and patted her seat again. He wasn't trying to make fun of her padding but was just trying to make a point. "Did she go out for groceries or something?" Hank wondered to Grandma McCoy, cocking his head to the side just a bit to look up at her and then grumped a bit at the cheek pinches. "Grandma...." Hank fussed a bit at all the embarrassing attention.

Hank nervously laughs about the Cookie Monster thing. Though it was a bit embarrassing to have his Grandma bring it up in front of Luna. "It might not have been the most creative costume but you can't deny the resemblance." Hank sheepishly rubbed the back of his head at the embarrassing information that his Grandma was sharing with Luna. "Never trust anyone older than you." Hank noted with a wink to Luna, though he was aware that was weird coming from him.

Which would be a clear cut no if looked at in a none biased way that Luna lacked the understanding or rather the integrity to not be swayed by what she wants is more the factor here but still lacking that good of a moral compass … Which the best way to test a person is to give them power and Luna would fail such a test if there was ever such a thing. Plus Luna wants to be a big girl already or prove she is grown up aswell as care for Hank given she has overheard about how often Hank gets in a midlife Crisis … Which Luna may not fully understand what that is she gets the ideal that its wanting to feel younger or be younger all thanks to cartoons depicting that kind of thing.

''Wanna come to my party then? ''Luna questioned honestly wondering that as Hank seems nice and she already is a fan of him from what she has heard about him in general and seen abit on tv matters .

''Not girls your size'' Luna countered on the matter as she fiddled with her hands before grabbing a more crunchy cooking eating it while listing to the two attacks and giggled first at Hanks behavior over the Cookie monster matter and the statement of never trusting those older then yourself.

''Yes she had to pick up somethings as Lunas parents are at work'''Grandma McCoy then leaned in to Hanks ear to whisper in it'' and also to pick up something she had gotten made special for Luna''

Given the teasing that Luna sometimes received about her padding Hank seems to dodge a bullet about his comment about being older than her and patting her seat. After all while she might not have the boosted powers of the Phoenix as of yet she did have some limited powers that no one had recognized given her physical mutation seemed to be the primary expression of her X-Gene. Hank selected another cookie to enjoy from the plate and followed it up by a sip from the glass of milk.

"Girls my size? Are there any? I'm a pretty big boy after all." Hank noted due to his muscles and such... offering Luna a playful flex and winking at her. "But sure... I suppose I'd love to come to your party. Is there a theme? Is there formal dress? Because I forgot my prettiest dress in New York." Hank joked, though Hank's jokes might have easily flown over the head of Luna. Since she likely didn't understand what the term 'Formal Dress' means, especially given Hank's jokes that follow.

"Gotcha. Maybe I should call her and let her know I'm in town." Hank noted to his Grandmother... just thinking aloud since Edna was out getting things for Luna. While he was a grown-up there was a bit of a 'Momma's Boy' there. Especially when Edna was fawning over one of her charges. Hank knew it was silly but sometimes he couldn't help it. Even though he'd spent his childhood eager to grow-up. Hank did perk a brow though at the whisper about the special surprise for Luna.

(Timeskip next day)

After yesterday from receiving a Hank McCoy specially made plushie Luna has been in a great mood..Though unknown to Hank was the odd dream and odd thought of padding up before bed he had linked to the matter more closely then he'd think as Luna had while staying at Ednas from her parents deciding to renovate some of there house before she went to bed put a doll diaper on the plushie and went to bed with it.. So her slight reality warping powers was using the plushie much like a stereotypical voodoo doll in a way only unintended and not nearly as creepy … Though come morning Hank may be in for a rude awaking given the dream had the classic 'dreaming of going to the restroom' at some piont .

Luna on the otherhand was waking up early yawning and giggling abit seeing her plushie though blinked at finding her padding dry … Wondering how she managed that feat before she got up wondering down to the kitchen enjoying her plushie now and enjoying the scents tickling her nose of breakfast though she wonders where Hank is... Does he sleep in? She had to wonder abit on the matter as he is a country boy so wouldn't he get up early in general ?

Beast was glad to see his Mom when she came home... and was amused by the plushie that she had for Luna. Apperantly she was quite a fan of him given her reaction to the plushie. And how much she seemed to fawn lovingly over it. And while Hank was envious a bit of Luna being fawned over by his Mother, though it was also nice to see her having someone to care for. Especially since Hank never liked being fussed over. Just enjoying dinner and the company and exhaustedly heading to bed around the time Luna did.

Hank's dreams of getting padded for bed was certainly strange. Especially as Hank ended up sleeping in late... though if and when someone checked on him they'd find that he was sucking his thumb as well as had wet the bed. The bed was thoroughly soaked but Hank seemed to sleep through it. So it's going to be rather embarrassing when Luna stayed dry all night but Hank ended up being the one wet. Especially since unlike Luna he didn't have any protection on or even a bedwetter sheet on his bed.

Habk would soon find himself after Breakfast having his room invaded by Luna who volunteered to wake Hank up though her findings just made her power flare abit as her thoughts of Hank not being a good boy came to her mind as her mom says good girls and boys that wet when they sleep wear diapers or atleast pull-ups... but Hank didn't just wet the bed he flooded it. ''Hanky get up .'' Luna said being careful to gently but firmly say in his ear and she isn't strong enough to shake Hank awake '' You missed breakfast'' Luna added before she started pulling the cover off him and her nose was wrinkling at the stale pee smell... After all she often is nose/smell blind to pee smell but stale pee she can tell easily if its not contained in something like a diaper .

''And you've been a bad boy''Luna added her power making Edna influenced to want to scold Hank if he wet the bed from not wearing protection as Edna would have gotten onto him anyway to a less degree so her power doing that is expected from not being trained to keep it in check''Wetting without a diaper on''Luna stated when Hank seemed to be waking up finally and wondering how Hank will handle that when his mind is booted up.

Beast clearly needed to catch up on his sleep... given that he'd slept through breakfast. Back at the mansion he was always working late and getting up early so never got a good night's sleep very often. So he's still snoring just a bit as Luna came in to wake him up. His thumb still in his mouth as if a side-effect or her abilities or just Hank's feeling childish due to the wetting. "Mmmm?" He grumbled as she firmly called out his name in his ear. "Time?" He mumbled just a bit.

Of course the state of his bed and the smell was obvious as soon as she tugged the blankets and sheets off him. The sheets still sopping wet and yellowed from the big mutant's bladder capacity after a long drive vacating in his sleep. Hank sitting up as his brain began to grow aware of his situation and surroundings. "Bad boy?" Hank sat up the bed soggily squishing as he looked down and just seemed shocked at the state of his bed. He couldn't believe what he'd done his first day back home.

"I don't wear diapers like some people." Hank snapped back a bit. Normally he wouldn't be so hurtful but he wasn't thinking after having wet the bed for the first time in his adult life. So it just flew out of his mouth, his just waking up brain not managing to catch himself before it did. Though he regretted it almost instantly and likely would regret it once Luna gained the Phoenix. "I'm sorry I didn't mean..." Hank looked up at Luna, worried that he had upset her by making fun of her.

Lunas eyes watered as her eyes narrowed and hands tighten at Hanks remark about her diapers... Really if this was Jubilee or worse Gabby, then Hank would be sent to the hospital in moments after either of those two acting how Luna is so if not for Lunas age and lack of powers that can outright harm currently Hank probably would be scared … As is he should still be given Lunas course of current retaliation over Hanks loose lips when waking up'' Nana McCoy... Edna.... Hank is being mean '' Luna shouted out from the room which resulted in Edna rushing in with of all things a wooden spoon that's wet probably from washing till the call from Luna happened while Grandma McCoy came in to comfort Luna

Edna's nose wrinkled at the scent of stale pee and sight of wet covers sheets and bed'' Young man how much have you been wetting ? You know better then going without protection if you start wetting in your sleep''Edna started but afterwords she moved onto the other topic'' And what did you say or do to Luna young man?''

It was especially mean-spirited as so far Hank hadn't seen her in full on diapers. She had some padding on yesterday but that seemed to be Pull-Ups. And she had been feeling pretty good about herself not having wet the bed last night. Of course his remarks were not much different than those who were roughly her age teased her for having trouble potty-training successfully. Hank tried to 'Shhh' her, holding up his finger to his lips even before she began bawling out loudly to his Mom and Grandma.

"I'm sorry... I didn't mean it." Hank tried to apologize again just as his Mom and Grandma came rushing into the room to take in the shameful sight of their grown adult son sitting in a wet bed and Luna standing there crying. Hank meeping a bit at seeing the wooden spoon in his Mother's hands. "I... I haven't." Hank offered when she asked how much this had been happening. "It must have been exhaustion. Or maybe I'm coming down with something." Hank offered as excuses for his bedwetting.

Hank looked sheepish when she asked what he'd said to Luna that had made her so upset. He knew there was no sense lying as Luna was obviously upset and would tell them anyway about what he said. "I wasn't thinking when she woke me up..." Hank began to explain and his shoulders sagged a bit. "She said I should have been wearing protection and I snapped back that... I don't wear diapers like she does." Hank's head hung even lower at having been so mean to a child like that.
