Pinkie and Maud have been the two best sister friends ever since Pinkie was born. The pink earth pony adores her sister in many ways, and sees plenty of great things in her that many do not. One of those is their rock candy necklace trade that has been going on for a long time, but there was also another connection between the two that grew a strong bond. This one was much more special because it started ever since they were foals. Surprisingly, the both of them were potty trained at the same time. When Pinkie was 3, she started using the toilet, and Maud wasn't out of diapers until she was 6. They were two late bloomers, but even after this they still weren't completely free of diapers. Both of them still wore protection every night, because they were both bed wetters. As the years go by, they continued their diaper wearing up until the day Pinkie moved to Ponyville. Even though they were far, they still kept in contact by sending each other rock candy necklaces.

Years later, Maud decided to pay a visit to her younger sister by taking the train to Ponyville. She stood there at the train station emotionless waiting for Pinkie.

Pinkie hopped along Ponyville, doing the usual. Just greeting everypony with a squeakie "Hello!" and joyful smile. It was early in the morning, so not everypony was up, but Pinkie was always up. She just couldn't sleep with all this excitement about Maud! She also had to make so much rock candy for the two of them to have together. Pinkie also went out late at night to buy some other things. Those things she purposely bought late at night. Those few things were things that she missed dearly, and was ready to get somewhat back into with Maud. It was just a big pack of diapers in there size, some power, wipes, and maybe a pacifier or two. Ponies didn't question her when she bought these items, because Pinkie was just so random sometimes. The pink earth pony was always buying something odd or new.

She was so excited for her sister, that she came a few hours early! She hoped that Maud got her recent letter about coming early so they could talk and do there thing before they met her friends around noon. When she got there, Pinkie was exuberant to see her sister there.

"Maud! Maud! You're here early! I'm so happy! You got my letter!" Pinkie hopped around Maud, smiling widely and cheerfully "Now we can make rock necklaces, and talk, and eat cake, and candy, and cupcakes... We can do- other things too, but all that matters is that you're here now~!"

Maud may looked unhappy, but only Pinkie could tell that she was actually glad to see her little sister again. When the pink pony got her into a tight hug, she hugged back. "Its very nice to see you, Pinkie Pie," she said still emotionless. She has yet to know the diapers that Pinkie bought. Truth be told, she hasn't wore diapers since Pinkie left.

"And of course it's very nice to see you too!" Pinkie said, with her over enthusiastic attitude. She took Maud's bag and started hopping "Since your here early, we can go back to my house. I have a surprise for you, and you're going to love it! Everypony knows a Pinkie surprise is the best surprise. Oh my gosh we have so much to talk about sis" Pinkie patted her on the back and started walking "Come on!"

The two began walking through the town with Pinkie more of bouncing than actual walking. With all of her yelling and over exaturation, it's hard to believe Maud put up with it. But she loves her sister so much and soon gotten used to it. She was also curious about the Pinkie surprise. They always do leave you surprised.

It didn't take long for them to reach Sugar Cube Corner. Pinkie hopped on in with a wide smile still spread across her face "We're here! This was the bake shop I was talking about. I live here, and work here. Eat, sleep, work, and play with the adorable cake twins!" she said as as she looked around inside "We're all alone! On purpose. Now go up into my room. It's on the very, VERY top floor. You just go up those stairs" Pinkie pointed to them "Then all the way down the hall, and up the next stairs! This is for your surprise. Lay down, close your eyes, and keep them closed tight until I come up and TELL you to open them. Now don't ruin it!"

"Okay," was all the older sister could say before heading up to Pinkie's room. When she got there, she laid down on her bed just like she was instructed. She then closed her eyes. Pinkie was gone a very long time and having your eyes closed for awhile made Maud fall asleep.

Pinkie was downstairs preparing the comeback of all their favorite childhood games. That was, of course, the games they did early in the morning in their night time diapers. Those games included all sorts of things, like fashion shows in all different sorts of diapers, games like house, but acting like foals, sometimes one would be the mommy and the other would be the baby and they would change eachother... Those were some of the typical ones, but sometimes they had competitions like who could hold in peeing the longest, as well as messing, and after one of them lost, who would be able to use their diaper the most. Games that kinda got extreme, but Pinkie loved em'. She trotted upstairs with a bag including a pack of diapers, wipes, powder, and a pacifier. Pinkie saved some time, by already putting on her diaper! White as snow, it was a adult disposable brand that was really puffy like there old diapers.

When she got upstairs, she saw her sister sleeping "Night night my little foal~" she said with a smirk as she started to strap her sister in her diaper. Pinkie was a little shaky though, because she really needed to use her garment, both ways.... But wanted to save the fun for her sister

Soon Maud woke up about an hour later. She felt something odd down there, something she hasn't felt in a long long time. Upon looking down she was shocked to see a thick diaper secured around her flank. Old memories began flooding back into her mind. Those days of wearing diapers with her sister, playing games or just acting like foals. She placed her hoof on the front of the diaper which gave her shivers of delight. "P-Pinkie...?" she called out.

Pinkie was sitting in the other corner of the room biting her lip and crossing her legs "O-oh! Maud your awake!" she said trembling "Ugh, I waited so long. Well, how do you like your surprise?" she said as she hopped up, wearing her own diaper. It was a typical brand, but they were so white and puffy, with a high absorbing rate. Pinkie had to go really bad, but of course she held it in for her sister, this caused her to walk over to Maud, instead of hop like usual. The sister smiled awkwardly, blushing a little "I reallyyy missed this sis. I hope you like it.... I kinda have to go now, but I'll wait"
