Pinkie Pie's Misunderstanding (Private)

Fluttershy sat in her room and let out a long sigh. Taking care of the animals that lived in her home was more stressful then somepony would think. She dug through her nightstand drawer and pulled out a light pink pacifier. She popped it into her mouth and began to suckle, her stress melting away.

Pinkie Pie was being her typical self, hopping along to Fluttershy's house to surprise her with confetti. She approached her window, invasive as it might have been, and checked to see if she was there. She had the confetti popper in her mouth ready to pop, but when she arrived at the window, she was the one to be serprized! She let out a deep, sharp gasp and stood frozen as her confetti popper went off by itself. She knew everypony in Ponyvill, and she's met a few forever foals in her time, but she never suspected Fluttershy might be a forever foal! Could this be the reason she was so shy?

Fluttershy started when she heard the gasp and the bang of the confetti popper. She frantically looked around after spiting her pacifier out. "P-Pinkie! Wh-what are you doing here?!" Her cheeks were bright red and her legs trembled with fear.

"Fluttershy!" Pinkie shouted. "You never told me you were a forever foal! I mean, you and me have been friends for like, ever and ever and ever and ever and like, I never knew; it's like, we've scaled mountains and battled bad guys and faced hardships in friendships and none of us even ever knew that all this time you were a forever foal!" Pinkie rambled on about Fluttershy's false forever foalism.

"Wh-what are you talking about Pinkie? Wh-what's a Forever Foal?" A urine spot had appeared on Fluttershy's bed shortly after the party popper had went off, indicating that Fluttershy had wet herself in fright.

"Oh my gosh ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh! You poor mare, forced to live your entire life suppressing your inner forever foal!" Pinkie Pie leaped through the window and embraced Fluttershy over-dramatically in her bed. "It's okay Fluttershy, it's all over now! I'll release you from your prizon!" She noticed the wet sheets Fluttershy sat on. She let out another deep gasp right before she threw Fluttershy's blanket off and zipped out of the room with her sheets, taking it outside to scrub it down with the washboard.

Fluttershy was really confused, as she often was with Pinkie. "Uh...you never answered my questions." She whispered to no one in particular. She blushed as she realized that she had wet herself.

Pinkie came back with clean sheets and fixed the bed right up. "We need to see Twilight, NOW!" Pinkie Pie said, pushing Fluttershy by the flank clear across Ponyvill to Twilight's house.

Fluttershy eeped as Pinkie dragged her across town. "Pinkie, what are you doing? Why are we going to Twilight's?"

When they arrived at Twilight's house, Pinkie frantically pounded on the door. "Twilight!" She shouted. "TwilightTwilightTwilightTwilightTwilightTwilightT wilight!" She said, still pounding on the door. When Spike answered, Pinkie continued pounding on his head.

"Ow ow! Pinkie!" He grunted.
"Pinkie, Pinkie!" Twilight tried to get Pinkies attention. "What's the fuss all about?" She asked.
"Fluttershy's a forever foal!" She blurted out. "She needs our help!"
"A forever foal? Fluttershy, why didn't you ever tell us! You don't have to hide your feeling from me."
