He stared at the cup and decided the pill couldn't be that bad so he drank the water with the pills, he chocked them down with the horrid water ''I asked for tap water Miss!'' he said to her trying to be polite, he didn't worry too much about the pills ,after all they would wear off after a few days.He listened quietly about who could visit ''but I don't have anyone like that'' he said sounding fearful ,but of course he had a plan ''if it breakfast time then do I get a walk?'' he asked trusting his 'homes' to be there ''and did you say two hours?! I want to sleep more!'' he said wanting some more time to sleep ,after all he was always in a better mood after a good night's sleep

“Maybe the next time.” she said to him. “Well, two hours will be enough for now. But don’t worry about sleeping time, bedtime is early.”
She stood up and put everything in the cart.
“See you in two hours.” she said and pushed the cart out. a moment later the door was looked and Luke was alone again.

He watched her go and cringed as the door was locked into place ''please...don't go...''he said after her. He shuffled to a coroner on his knees and nested in the corner. The boy shivered and wished he had some sort of blanket to keep him warm ''hey! turn off the lights! the colds bad enough!'' he shouted at the door before drifting away to sleep, unknown to him that the drugs we're slowly dissolving inside him

She did not hear him and rolled the cart back to the storage room, there she grabbed fresh diaper and changing supply. She knew how well those drugs worked and assumed that he sure would need a change when she returned. Then she prepared his breakfast and waited for the two hours to pass.

Luke was still sleeping soundly after two hours ,he looked like a cute little insane angel. He continued to sleep as his diaper took on a brown and yellow color that spread round the diaper and meeting in the middle, he boy turned a little in his sleep ,he was dreaming of a better place ,one where he could relax as much as he wanted and then it was taken from him.

The hours eventually passed and Sarah came back.
“Wake up, sleepy head!” she said smiling when she walked in and then sniffed.
“Oh my, someone had been busy.” she commented grinning.
“Do you want your change before or after the breakfast?”

The boy raised his eyes and looked up at her and shivered ''good morning miss'' he sang in a happy tone ,he was looking on the bright side of things right now ''what do you mean change? I certainly never wet this....'' he trailed off as he detected the sodden undergarment and his eyes shot open ,he hadn't had that feeling in quiet a few years ,since he was bed wetting .He looked up with tearful eyes ''I-I-I'm sorry! this has never happened to me before'' he cried forcing himself to his legs by pushing against the wall ,he was ,to his dismay still smaller than her at full hight

“Ah, don’t worry about that. Most of the kids in this ward depend on diapers.” she said smiling. “Your breakfast consists of sugared oatmeal and orange juice.”
She took the plastic pan.
“Well, I will feed you first.” she said.

He turned away ,blushing with embarrassment ''b-but it's bad to wet yourself'' he whispered quoting some teaching he was giving with potty training . He sighed and looked up ''c-could you change me then , I would do it myself but I'm not able to and I would rather not let it sit while I eat'' he said motioning to his straight jacket .''Miss Sara, could you please let me out of this for a few seconds , I want to stretch and wipe away my tears'' he said not wanting to appear soft ,if his gang found out he really would be all alone ,even if he got out . He didn't like the idea of being fed but what choice did he have

Sarah sighed.
“No, I can’t let you out.” she said. “Rules are rules.” She helped him up.
“But the change is possible. Come.” She led him outside to a large changing table. Then she lifted him up and placed him on it.
“It is okay, it was an accident.” she said while undoing the crotch strap of his jacket. Then she pulled down his pants and the plastic pants and undid the diaper. She then took some baby wipes and lifted his legs up. She gently cleaned him with the wipes.
