Phineas showed up a pair of simple white socks, like one, he was wearing currently
P : After this is done, I should really put this skirt to Candace's closet. And can I have my shorts back?

Vanessa looked at the address, smiling.
V : Ooh! I know that family! Babysat their sons last week. They're such a sweet boys. Lucky you, you got them! Well... let's get you home then, Perry!
Vanessa took off from the building, driving by the cars, as window blew her long brown hair

"Sure." Ferb said as he gave back his brother's shorts, "I thought you would be more comfortable with just the diaper on." he said while putting the stockings on the bed.

Perry held on as they neared his neighborhood. He hoped the boys haven't gotten worried about him.

Phineas slipped on new pair of socks and changed their sister's skirt with his shorts. He was glad the diaper, Isabella got him, wasn't as thick as the Ducky Momo ones, they had, and let his shorts sit on just fine
P : Okay. This is good enough
Phineas went to take the skirt back to Candace's room, grateful it hasn't taken any smell from his "accident" earlier

Vanessa stopped in front of Flynn-Fletcher house, smiling
V : It's your home? Don't worry, your secret is safe with me

Ferb watched him go with a slight frown, he knew Phineas would warm up to this eventually, but deep down he felt that he had caused a rift between them. He sat on his bed and sulked while he thought about it.

Perry gave a thumbs up and took off his helmet before getting off the scooter and waving goodbye to Vanessa. He snuck into the house while shedding his secret agent persona and going upstairs to the boy's bedroom.

Phineas smiled when he saw Perry coming up
P : Oh,there you are, Perry!
The small boy scooping his pet into his arms, cuddling him close
P : How was your day, boy? Did you have any big adventures?

Vanessa smiled as Perry walked in and then drove off back to her father's place

Perry simply chattered as he welcomed his owner's embrace. He then sniffed the smell of baby powder coming from him, he also noticed the bulge in his shorts. Was his owner wearing a diaper?

P : Yeah... your day probably was better than mine... Ferb again has gone into his overprotective phase, but took far this time... He's not being just overprotective now. He simply turned into a paranoid!
Phineas sighed, holding Perry in his arms

[Mr Hoo]

Ferb heard this and decided to speak up, "It's not being paranoid, It's called me being the concerned and caring brother that I always have been towards you. You're my brother and I care about you." Perry didn't understand exactly what was going on, but he could tell something was wrong. He snuggled next to Phineas to make him feel better.

P : Yes because re-doing my part of the room into a nursery, putting me into diapers and forcing me to use it, and all WITHOUT me knowing, is what you call care.
Phineas rolled his eyes, holding Perry close

[Mr Hoo]

"Call it how you want, I know you'll come to understand eventually." Ferb said while hugging Phineas.
