Ferb got him his cereal and two bowls for the both of them. He made both bowls and set one for his brother, "Would you like me to feed you?" he asked while tying a bib around Phineas' neck.

Perry arrived at the DEI building on his scooter. After parking it out front, he made his way to the top floor and knocked on the door to Doof's apartment, "Oh, Perry the Platypus you're here. Vanessa's getting ready but you can wait for her in the nursery if you like." Doof said upon opening the door and letting Perry in, allowing him to go to the nursery.

P : No. Thanks. I'll manage. But... Ferb, is that bib necessary? I can eat without spilling over myself

Vanessa looked through clothes, stopping her choice on simple red shirt with short sleeves, gray jeans, white socks and then she took her own sneakers. She heard her father talking to somebody, so she assumed Perry already was there. The teen girl sighed out, as she left her room
V : Okay. Dad, what do you think about that?

Phineas sat down on table, starting to eat his cereal. It was like a normal morning, but the bib was irritating him. When few minutes went by, the small boy carefully peeked at Ferb. Sure it was okay, he carefully went to untie the bib from his neck

V : Let's get you into a diaper now. I was thinking how about we try something more two person things? Babies love doing stuff with grown-ups, right? There's a few of actually interesting things, I'd like to try, if you don't mind

P : Why can't I just eat without it? What harm can it do? Maximum a wet shirt, but that's if I didn't know how to use the spoon!
