Poké-Plushified Promotion (sissytemmie)

At a certain special plush shop named the Poké Paradise that specialized in large, cuddly Pokémon plushies, there had been certain talks going on. Important talks. You see, business had been booming much more than expected. Hundreds of people loved going in to the store to buy these sorts of things, or to even just sit there and cuddle. And so, with how much money had been made, the Poké Paradise decided to do some expansions! More room, higher wages, and talks of a special promotion going on. And one such employee that seemed to be getting eyed about this, to the point of being recently called in to talk was someone by the name of Gabe.

Gabe was quite in need of a bonus to pay for rent and eventually a wedding ring. Hello boss do you need something from me I was able to order those limited edition plushies for you I even got a rare one we can sell for a ton. He was nervously shaking hoping this wasn't him being fired.

Sitting there was Amelia, the one managing this entire building and all sorts of things. As she looked at Gabe though, she smiled a little bit. “Ah, Gabe. There you are. Come on, sit down. We have something to talk about.”

He sat down and looked at her. So ma’am what else are you going to talk to me about has my performance not been enough am I going to be fired? He got comfortable on the chair and tried to calm his nerves

“Well, quite the opposite. You see, with how this business has been growing more, I figured that we needed a rather special sort of job to be done as well. And I’ve been keeping my eye on you in particular for the job, Gabe.” Amelia stood up and slowly looked at a few bits of paperwork, before setting it back down and right in front of Gabe. “It might be a bit embarrassing for you, but it’s certainly a better paying job too.”

He got up and started to read it you want me to turn into a living plushie and this is a contact for a long time. This is some kind of joke right that type of stuff doesn’t exist right? But let’s say it is real and I sign this how long is it

“Well, it’s about as long as it can be until a further promotion. You’d be paid fairly well, wouldn’t need to worry about too many things such as food or clothes, stuff like that.” She said that so confidently and so casually, as if the idea of turning someone into a plush mascot for their merchandise wasn’t a big deal.

Well I mean I do need the money and if I can eventually turn back I guess I will take the promotion. He signed the paper and handed it to her. Ok when do I start then? If possible can I be Mewtwo he is my favorite

“Well, we can get you started today! Shouldn’t be too hard to get you ready, just need to take care of a few things first.” Amelia said as she walked towards a door in her office, slowly opening it up.
