Pinkie Pie finally got rid of her feeling of being bothered when she was called Pinky Winky as if that detracted her from her main problem and wondering why a bottle full of formula would make her need to poop soon. Pinkie Pie had to admit shes thirsty so she'll drink it when Rarity lets her have it completely missing the cooing part from Rarity that was directed at her

Rarity quickly stuffed the bottle into pinkie pie's mouth. "I hope you enjoy it dear. I added a very special ingredient to the mix."

(it might just be me reading to many spin-off/fanfics of a fanfic namely pattycakes but my first though of the special ingredient in the bottle of formula is akin to the maker of pattycakes foalmula,but I figure logically you meant something like laxatives)

Pinkie Pie without hesitating started drinking from the bottle finding it sweet and thick, a nice texture and tasting good almost tasting like a weak milkshake in flavor Pinkie Pie is almost like a baby with how she's drinking it stopping only once in a while to breath then getting back to drinking it. A slightly content smile has been on Pinkies face shortly after she had started drinking from the bottle. Albeit it slow to get the formula out of the bottle

Pinkie Pie who was still focused on draining the bottle of its contents was abit dead to the world at the moment so she missed Rarity's statement about fun Pinkie at this point was almost through the bottle which by all means for a normal full grown pony it takes longer then that. But Pinkies not a normal pony by a long shot

Pinkie Pie after afew more seconds finished the bottle laying it aside putting her paci back in her mouth after about a minute after her belly started to rumble a combination of needing to burp and needing to go poop clear by the look on Pinkie Pies face. within afew more seconds Pinkie started to mess not liking the sudden unexpected release when she can wait normally for hours. Pinkie was whimpering abit as she said through the paci''Whaz wes in dat special ingredient?''
