Naomi nodded, once again understanding what Valerie wanted her to do. Holding her breath again, she laid back down under the surface of the water for a second. Whoever, feeling a little more playful, she came back up a little faster than before; splashing the older woman a little bit.

As the woman was only in a bra and panties, there was nothing really to wet. Besides, she would need to hop in the shower in a bit herself anyway. She was caught a bit off-guard from Naomi suddenly jolting out of the water, but not in a bad way. In fact, she was giggling. "Oh, you're such a little brat!" She playfully teased, splashing the girl right back, but only on her chest as not to get any bubbles or especially soap in her eyes.

The infantile young woman giggled playfully as she was splashed back, this time deliberately sending some water back up at her caretaker with her hands (it was only a small handful, nothing that would soak the almost-naked lady). She was finding a great deal of fun with this, Naomi's babyish tendencies clearly not being restricted to when she was dry.

"Well, at least you're a cute trouble-maker!" Valerie replied, just smiling and then proceeding to speak motherly babble to the girl, then pinching her cheeks together and once again barraging her face with kisses before going to the lotion. After dabbing some in her hand, she gave the girl little warning, starting awkwardly enough at her chest.

Naomi continued to laugh and giggle as she was cooed at and played with, almost exactly acting like a toddler or baby would in a similar situation. However, this came to a screeching halt when Valerie began to rub the body lotion into her chest and upper-body. This made the timid little thing's cheeks light up like a cherry, not being able to make eye contact with the older woman. She knew that her agent likely had no ill intentions for this; as she hadn't done anything during her diaper changes the previous night, but it was still a little awkward to have her breasts rubbed like this.
Shyly biting her lip and trying not to make any noise, she didn't get in her caregiver's way at all.

Valerie noticed the sudden change of attitude from the girl, a squeak followed by her biting her lip and resisting to let out any other sound. The woman knew how sensitive that area was to any woman, especially when being touched by another. Therefore, she made this part quick, then going to her back and stomach.

"Just relax, cutie. This might feel a bit weird..." Valerie softly said, then starting to massage the lotion in between the girl's legs, the area that probably needed it most due to the multiple times she had peed herself.

Knowing that her 'Mommy' was trying to be as gentle as possible about all this, Naomi nodded and actually began to suck her thumb to help relax herself a little. While she hadn't done it a lot before last night, the blonde was finding it to be a great deal of comfort. Even so, she couldn't help but suck it a little harder as Valerie's hands gradually got closer and closer to her womanhood.

The woman, dreading the response from this but knowing she had to do this, brought her soapy hands against Naomi's most sensitive area, trying to go softly but quickly as not to prolong this. Wanting to make it quick, the woman finished this up and moved on to her legs and feet, now playing with her toes to lighten the mood.

While this did result in a few light gasps and blushes from the shy young woman, she remained mostly calm, sucking her thumb like a good baby and letting her agent get her cleaned up.
However, once her extremely ticklish feet were brought into the picture, Naomi couldn't stop laughing as she was tickled. "M-Mommy! Hahah Dat tickles!" She laughed, splashing around in the sudzy water as Valerie played with her.

"Oh, looks at all of these little piggies! Mama's gonna eat them up!" Valerie didn't even care about getting wet anymore, perfectly fine with doing whatever she could to make the girl happy. She brought Naomi's foot out of the water, proceeding to "nibble" at her toes and tickle the bottom of her foot.
