As soon as the movie began, it was clear that Naomi's eyes were glued to the screen, looking genuinely interested in the children's movie. She snapped out of it a little when she felt Valerie sit down on the other side of the couch however. "Thanks." She said again politely, taking a peice of popcorn before focusing on the movie again.

About fifteen minutes into the film, the blonde took her water bottle and began to take a drink. However, as focused as she was on the movie, and her childish behavior partly surfaced at this point, she began to absent-mindedly suck on her water bottle softly like it was a baby bottle; her eyes still fixed to the movie as she slowly dank down the water.

The woman turned to her right to figure out what that weird noise was, only to discover the girl suckling on the water bottle like it was a baby bottle. Valerie had to resist the urge to pick Naomi up on her lap and cuddle her like she had a few nights before, so all she could do now was flash a smile when their eyes locked. However, she didn't mind having her side pressed up against Naomi's, her shoulder even inviting the girl's head to rest on it.

Wondering why her manager had just flashed her such a warm smile out of nowhere, the blonde blushed a little and let her focus return to the movie for a bit. However, eventually one of her suckles on the bottle was met with a loud 'crunch' of plastic, causing her to jump a little bit in surprise. Naomi had sucked the water bottle dry by now, and had sucked in enough air to make the thin, plastic bottle cave in on itself a little.
The embarassed singer stammered out a little apology after pulling it out of her mouth, the bottle popping out loudly again as she sat it down on the table, grabbing a little popcorn on the way back. She had really lost track of how much she had drank...

As they continued to watch, the young woman felt her eyes start to feel a little heavy. She was full from dinner, and Valerie's living room couch was always so cozy...Not to mention she had the woman herself right next to her warming them up under the blanket. Her head began to droop to the side a bit, only to gently connect with Valerie's shoulder so that she was peacefully resting against it.

The woman turned to the side upon hearing the plastic bottle crinkling, giggling at the very adorable, childlike jolt she gave. It was like watching a 3 year-old trying to toddle away from her shadow. She let it go and focused back on the movie... at least until she felt a head rested on her shoulder. The woman almost jolted in the same way that the girl did earlier, but she kept herself composed and again looked over. She was so cute... the woman couldn't help but ease her own head a little closer, her hand finding Naomi's and positioning it over hers.

While she had rested her head on the woman's shoulder without really noticing, Naomi instantly felt the sensation of Valerie's hand gently resting on her own. Cheeks flushed, her first instinct was to want to look up at her manager; but it was with that thought that she realized where exactly her head was.
The timid girl's face was a notable shade of pink at this point, and she wanted to open her mouth to say something, but at the same time, she didn't. This postion was pretty cozy...and nothing Valerie did came across as suggestive or forceful. The motherly woman was being just as gentle and warm as usual. Besides, this was nowhere near as embarassing as the ways she held her back when they had been playing baby a few nights prior.

So, Naomi just tried to relax and refocus on the movie, a small smile gracing her lips as she got comfy again and nuzzled up against Valerie a little to get closer.

The woman continued to watch the movie, keeping this nice, comfortable position with Naomi's head nestled between her own and her shoulder. The woman couldn't help but enjoy this, though not going any further as to keep it "adult" for the night. Her heart was racing, and it took every fiber in her being not to pick her up and cuddle her just like she had did a few nights ago... but she endured nevertheless.

Once the credits rolled, the woman chuckled and moved her eyes to the girl. "Hm... you're a little close, sweetie~" Valerie chuckled, giving Naomi a little pat on the lap.

By the end of the film Naomi's eyes were half-closed. By now, she had been in this position for most of the movie, and she was about ready to just take a little nap right here...Until feeling Valerie's hand on her lap snapped her back to reality.
"I-I...O-Oh! I'm so s-s-sorry! I-I didn't even realize..." The girl stammered, quickly wriggling away out of embarrassment and sitting back up again. She had been much closer than she had initially thought.

Valerie again laughed, though internally she was a bit disappointed that the closeness between them shared through the progression of the film was now gone. "Hehe, it's alright. It was pretty comfortable, actually," the agent admitted, still smiling and looking happily toward the guest.

That statement did not help the timid singer's blush, but it did make her smile a bit. There really was a big part of her that just wanted to crawl onto Valerie's lap and ask her to hold and cradle her like she did a few nights ago...she wanted it badly enough to bit her lip and avert her gaze from the motherly woman for a few seconds. As much as she wanted to, Naomi knew that it just wasn't approptiate tonight. The blonde just assumed Valerie would only take care of her like that every now and then; not that she knew that Valerie legimately wanted to baby her...

"Thanks for putting the movie on Ma-*Cough* Val" She said, catching herself before she said the most natural sounding word. Despite her almost-embarrassing flub, the girl smiled warmly up at her manager. "I really appreciate it."

The woman caught what the girl was about to say, but made no mention of it. It was very tempting to, however, as any mention of the "M" word made her heart sore. However, they were not quite in the position to share that sort of play, and the nursery wasn't even ready yet. As much as the woman wanted to scoop the little pop star up and shower her with affection, it would have to wait. "No problem, hun," the woman replied, giving her one more pat on the sigh while returning the same smile. "So... would you perhaps like to spend the night? There's another open guest room down the hall."
