Margaery smiled at how polite and courteous Sansa was being, even behind closed doors. "Sansa, when we are alone, you can just call me 'Margaery.' I insist upon it."

She then made her way over to her huge bed and reached under it. She pulled out a box and placed on the comforter. Then she announced "Sansa, the life of a noblewoman can be very taxing and exhausting. You and I know that full well, being a daughter of Winterfell and a daughter of Highgarden respectively. Now that you are a princess and I am a queen, our lives are going to become even more demanding. However, all those obligations can be overwhelming without some type of outlet to relieve that tension. The most practical solution is to do something reminiscent of a time when duty was not so important. To that, I ask: when is the most carefree and relaxing stage of a person's life? The answer-" She then opened the box and removed a pair of thick, soft disposable diapers, a bottle of powder, and a bottle of oil. She smiled and Sansa and finished with "-is when that person was still in infancy."

“Of course, your... oh, I mean Margaery.” Sansa blushed as she corrected herself. She watched with bewilderment, yet no small of curiosity, as Margaery laid out the thick diapers on her luxurious bed. And she found herself surprisingly interested in the queen’s explanation.

“I suppose that is true,” Sansa said. “Nothing is expected of you, when you are just a baby. Are... are you then suggesting that I... that I wear nappies to relieve stress, Margaery?”

It was a strange idea that hardly seemed proper for King’s Landing, or anywhere really. But as Sansa looked at the soft, cushy diapers and thought about how they must feel on her sensitive skin, there was simply no denying that she indeed WANTED to wear them. And she truly wanted to make Margaery happy, to have as much in common as she could with the beautiful and kind new queen.

“I... I will certainly try them if that is your wish, my Queen,” Sansa said. “Though I would prefer no one else in King’s Landing know about this, if that would be alright.”

Margaery just smiled and state "I can promise you that this will be our little secret. Now, let's get you into them." Margaery made her way over to Sansa, took her hand again, and led her over to the bed. Then she proceeded to undress her.

She started by helping the northern princess out of her long, flowing gown. Then she untied and removed Sansa's corset and set that aside, as well. Finally, she removed Sansa's smallclothes, leaving her completely naked.

Margaery then had Sansa lie down on the bed. She then got out the bottles of oil and baby powder. She applied a bit of oil to her hands and proceeded to rub it into Sansa's nether regions. This action was already enough to excite Sansa, so Margaery was gentle with her. After that, she spread a thin layer of powder onto the younger girl's crotch and bottom, and she rubbed that in, as well.

Finally, the padding came. Margaery took one of the disposable diapers and slowly unfolded it. Once it was fully unfolded, she slid it underneath Sansa's bottom. She carefully lowered the princess down on the padding and spread her legs a bit. She pulled the front of the diaper up between Sansa's legs, and then she pulled the sides up on either side and fastened the tapes in place.

When she was done, Margaery checked the diaper to ensure it was on properly. After confirming this, she patted Sansa's freshly diapered crotch, smiled, and stated "Alright, Sansa. How do you feel?"

Sansa blushed yet again as Margaery undressed her; this was hardly what she had expected. But the lovely queen was ever so gentle, and her warm, alluring smile never wavered. So Sansa was fully at ease by the time she lay naked on the big bed. And she nearly swooned as Margaery caressed her nether regions, applying the oil and powder with a touch more tender and sensual than anything Sansa had ever known. But was surprised Sansa the most was how much everything about her diaper delighted her... the cushy bulk beneath her bottom and between her legs, its soft crinkling as Margaery wrapped it snugly about her, even its faint little scent. Simply being diapered seemed to sweep away so much of the stress and angst Sansa had carried for so long.

“My goodness, Margaery,” Sansa said at last, patting and rubbing the diaper between her legs. “This... this feels simply lovely. I could never have imagined... Th-Thank you, my queen. Thank you so much for sharing this with me.” Sansa slowly sat up on the bed and found herself immediately getting lost in Margaery’s beautiful smile as the queen beamed at her...

Margaery just smiled as the younger girl as she voiced her delight of being diapered and examined the padding around her waist. Her plan to help Sansa relax and find someone to partake in this unique interest of hers was already working. Margaery sat down next to Sansa and gave her a light hug. She said "I am glad you are enjoying it. Nappies really can work wonders for one's well-being." She then leaned forward and placed a gentle kiss on Sansa's lips.

After the kiss ended, Margaery stood up and muttered "However, we are only halfway there. You may have noticed I got out two nappies, not one." She then picked up the other diaper and held it out to Sansa. The queen smiled at the princess and asked her sensually "Would you mind returning the favor for me?"

Sansa sighed blissfully as she returned Margaery's gentle hug... and when the queen kissed her, she felt her cheeks and even her loins flush.

She was quite surprised, however at being asked to diaper Margaery in return. It was hardly that she was put off by the request. Rather, Sansa simply felt quite nervous that she wouldn't be able to do it very well. It was not a familiar task by any means.

"I will certainly do my best, your... Margaery," she said. "Anything that pleases you, I will be glad to do."

Sansa was trembling a bit as she helped Margaery undress. The queen's dress was lighter, skimpier, than Sansa's so the whole process didn't take quite as long. Once she beheld the utterly glamorous naked form of the new queen, Sansa felt warmth inside her own diaper intensify. She had to take a deep breath to try and keep her hands from shaking and she unfolded Margaery's diaper.

Margaery seemed to have a twinkle in her eye as she lay blissfully on her bed and allowed Sansa to slide the diaper beneath her. Sansa thought she saw the queen give her a small nod of approval and/or encouragement, and so it was with growing confidence that she applied just the right amount of oil and powder to Margaery's oh-so-soft and perfect skin. Trying to remember and replicate the way Margaery had diapered her, Sansa carefully pulled up the front of Margaery's diaper, wrapped it snugly around the queen's slender waist, and taped it securely in place.

"D-Did I do it right, Margaery?" Sansa asked shyly.

Margaery said and did nothing as Sansa undressed her, oiled her, powdered her, and diapered her up. She just closed her eyes and savored the moment. For so long, she had longed for a partner to indulge in this pastime of hers. Now, she finally had one. Better yet, her partner was a beautiful, younger noblewoman, and a princess of the North, at that!

When the process was complete, Margaery just laid on her bed, grinning in ecstasy. For the next couple minutes, she was in a state of euphoria. She slowly reached her hands down and pressed against the front of her diaper. The padding crinkled with the slightest movement, and it rubbed up against her womanhood.

Eventually, she gazed back up at Sansa Stark, the gorgeous young woman who had just diapered her, who happened to be diapered, as well. Margaery felt as though her ultimate fantasy was finally becoming a reality. But she was not done yet. Oh, no; she was only just getting started.

Margaery abruptly reached out, took Sansa by the shoulders, and pulled her down on top of her. Sansa's bare breasts pressed against hers, and their diapers pressed into each other, as well. "Ohhh," she whispered as Margaery held her close. Nothing in her life had ever felt so good. "Oh yes, Margaery," she whispered. "I'd love to join you under the covers, in just our nappies..."

That was just what Margaery was hoping to hear. She set the box of supplies down by the side of the bed. Then she gently yet eagerly brought Sansa to the head of the bed. She pulled back the covers and crawled underneath them. She waited for Sansa to do the same. Once the two diapered beauties were enveloped in the soft, thick blankets, Margaery wrapped her arms around Sansa and began to kiss her again.

Sansa was afraid she might burst into tears of joy as Margaery held her under the covers. She felt the queen's petite body and soft skin against hers, and she returned Margaery's kiss eagerly now, with some confidence, even passion, moaning softly in her throat as the heavenly kiss went on and on. Almost without even realizing it, Sansa began to buck her hips gently against Margaery's, rubbing their diapers, and thus their padded loins, against each other.

After months of torment at the hands of the Lannisters, Sansa craved love and affection and comfort, more than she'd ever realized. Having found it so suddenly, with the magnificent Queen Margaery of all people, and wearing diapers of all things, was quite shocking to Sansa's young mind, but somehow it all felt so right, so safe, and so wonderful.
