(welp... Remember what I said about no real threat unless someone does something very stupid? Like setting a giant, construct plushie with no sense of pain that wants to grab you, on fire, in a locked room filled with flammable stuff?)
The flames found the giant monkey plush golem flawlessly... And Aurelia instantly realised her mistake when the fluffy thing ignited entirely, but also, incapable of experiencing pain, kept coming towards her. Now, instead of a giant soft plushie monkey trying to get her, a giant horrid flaming monkey was trying to get her. In a room full of flammable stuff, with two of her teammates locked inside cages with also potentially flammable bedding.
She might just have sentenced her entire team to one of the worst deaths imaginable.

(also, everyone demanded group initiative, so be it. That means the average of your rolls was 17. 5, which beats the 16 of the plush golems, so now the party has a round to try control the situation. Sarah and Calianna are locked in their cribs, so they need to roll Thieves' Tools to pick the locks. That's all they can do as the attempt costs their whole round.)

Aurelia realized pretty quickly her error, as the possibility of this entire room going up in flames flashed through her mind. God knows she didn't want that. As horrifying as the visage was, Aurelia thought that it could be salvageable, and opted to keep her distance, to lead the creature on a wild goose chase, away from anything flammable, as so far, only it was on fire. She thought she saw either a tiled, or rubbery floor somewhere, and opted to go into that direction.
(Basically, taking a full round action to move somewhere where as few things as possible are flammible. Base speed is 30 ft a round)

(Nat 1 for thieves tools)
Calianna watched as the monkey became a walking torch. Images of her burning alive filled her mind, the fears caused her hands to shake uncontrollably. She pulled out her set of lock pick and tried to free herself. It took her a few tries to even get the tools into the lock. She tried to unlock it be couldn't. " I'm going to die ." She whispered to her self.

Calianna's shaking hands didn't help her... In fact, her fumbling only made things worse, one of her lockpicks snapped and jammed into the lock. She'd have to get the broken piece out before she could even try again.

"Focus on dropping the plush Aurelia! A dead object on fire is way easier to deal with then a moveing one!" She said, dropping her bow to get out a shield in one hand and a whip in the other as she lashed at the plush in front of her.
(Attack roll 16+6=22, damage 3+4=7.)
(Also, is the plus taking fire damage as it burns or is it vulnerable to fire damage?)

The whip seemed to do considerably more damage, ripping up the belly of the plushie and showing some of the stuffing inside, that started protruding as it was no longer held in as tight.
(It does take fire damage. Whether it has a special vulnerability to it, you don't know by a glance. You need to spend your movement or next action to take a closer look next turn.)

(Nat 1 as well.)
Sarah paled significantly upon seeing the plush catch fire, working faster to free herself. She ended up working so fast that she jammed her lock too. “Shit!”

There were two areas of the large rectangular room where there was nothing flammable placed. Since the plushies and toy chests filled the corners on carpets, and the cribs were placed in the middle on tiled floor, there were two empty spots with bare walls and tiles in the middle of the room on both sides of the cribs.
The two rogues remained in their cribs, making it even harder for anyone to free them. Being trapped with the danger of the room being set on fire, filled them with dread. (Sarah, Calianna, roll for Stress, Wisdom save vs DC 12)
Aurelia cursed her booties as she ran from the plushie she set on fire, but managed to lead it to the empty spot while still staying out of the flaming monkey's range, that started showing some serious damage from the flames eating away at it (monkey takes 10 fire damage, and spends its full round trying to catch up). However, that meant the lion coming from the other corner reached her, and just like with the rogues, attempted a Grapple. (15+5=20)
Meanwhile, both the bear and the wolf, now having deposited their captives in their cribs, turned on Minx. The wolf attempts to disarm her (14+5=19, Strength or Dex check to contest, you have disadvantage because you're smaller than your attacker. If the attacker succeeds, they deal no damage but you drop the whip) and the bear attempts to Grapple her (12+5=17) and if it succeeds, uses the rest of its movement and bonus action to drag Minx to the nearest crib (but cannot lock her in this round)

(Disarm is not a thing in 5e, unless the bear has 3 levels in fighter and is a battle master.)
---------- Post added at 12:15 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:11 PM ----------
(But my rolls to oppose: disarm, 19+4=23, pass even with disadvantage, acrobatics against grapple 6+6=12, still have the whip.)

"You two! Calm down! You'll make things worse if you panic!" Mix said as she lashed the plushie grappling her.
(Attack roll 13+6=19, damage 1+4=5.)

(Optional rule in Dungeon Master's Guide, page 271. I'm using that one for Disarm. Not to be confused by the Battle Master Disarming Attack)
Minx's long whip wraps around the bear, and tears up a good footlong of its "skin" on its back. It still appeares largely unfazed by the attack.
