"P-please! I promise I'll be g-goo-" at that point, she realized the pacifier had fallen from her mouth.

Then, as Dash started to respond, she took care of it herself by putting the pacifier back in her mouth with magic, and held it there as she kept spanking.

Rarity finally stopped when the pegasus had a glowing red plot, putting the hairbrush down but keeping the pacifier held in her mouth. "There, now let's get you padded up again." she said, putting a clean diaper on her. She then picked Rainbow Dash up in a hug, finally letting go of the pacifier as well.

Rainbow cried hard into Rarity's shoulder, unable to control herself. The padding felt nice against the stinging skin underneath, though she still hated it simply for being a diaper. She kept her pacifier in, though.

Rainbow nodded. And it's true, she wouldn't do it again (at least until she healed,) because she didn't want anothersspanking like that. Sniffling, she managed to stop crying.

"Feel better?" Rarity asked her friend, smiling gently at her. She didn't take the pacifier out, but was ready to at least catch it this time if she did. It was getting annoying to constantly go and wash it. She made a note to make a necklace for her friend (or she could just tie it to her head with a ribbon if she was supposed to keep it in her mouth, she mused).
