Rainbow blushed, hiding a bit behind Rarity at first. She normally would be jumping to defend herself, but Rarity was doing a fine job and seeing as Sweetie Bell was currently taller than her, she didn't strike a particularly imposing form. She did mumble something when Sweetie Bell said she was cute, but the pacifier garbled it beyond understandable tone.

"That's not the point. I may be treating her like this, but it's not my goal to embarrass her. So while you two are both here, I expect you to be nice to her and keep quiet to others about all of this." Rarity said. "Or else."

"Or else? Or else what?" her sister asked curiously.

Rarity glanced back at Rainbow before grinning. "Or else... you get to be a foal." Rarity smiled at her, perhaps a bit more evilly then she meant to. "You'll wear and use diapers, sleep in your crib, and you can expect a lot more spankings then normal." She said. Sweetie Belle looked terrified by the idea.

Rainbow paused at the last comment. "Than normal?" She finally asked, a smirk growing on her face. "You mean you spank her sometimes normally?" She couldn't help but giggle a bit, the idea seeming pretty funny to her in spite of her own state. She also stopped being as shy, stepping out from around Rarity and not hiding her diaper as much as she tried to stop giggling.

"Who's hairbrush do you think I use to decorate your rear?" Rarity asked Rainbow with a smile. "I actually have broken one or two poor brushes on my little sister's rear til I got the one you've felt."

"RARITY!!!" Sweetie whined to her sister.

"Oh, it's fine, Sweetie Belle. Little Dashie has had her bottom turned purple over the last three days, so she knows that those things are private matters." Rarity said, now grinning at the little pegasus pony instead.

It was Rainbows turn to protest. "N-no you 'aven't!" She lied, blushing bright red. Ut was obvious she was lying, of course, even if you couldn't see the slight pink tint on her flanks from beneath her diaper she had never been a good liar. "I don' ge' spankin's!" She also sounded even more foolish lisping around the pacifier as she added fruitlessly, "I'm not wyin!"

"Oh really? I'm pretty sure both of you get punished like that. Do I need to spank both my little foals for telling lies then?" Rarity teased with a clever grin. "I'm sure I can find a second hairbrush that's hard enough for paddling ponies."

"N-NO! I'm not a foal, Rarity! I don't need any spankings!" Sweetie Belle said frantically, hiding behind the pillow on her bed and covering her flank with her tail.

"N-neiva' am I!" Rainbow added quickly, trying to step backwards and instead slipping on the booties and falling on her diapered flanks with a slight thud. She made a quiet pained yelp, betraying the fact that she had most definitely received a couple spankings recently. "P-pwease don'" she added quickly, just in case. "I pwomise not to wie!"

"Well... alright, just this once, I'll forgive you two." Rarity smiled, briefly nuzzling Rainbow Dash to help her relax before coming over to do the same with her sister who slowly calmed down. "Now, I believe I said I'd get you some different clothes, Rainbow Dash." Rarity said, glancing at her before digging through Sweetie Belle's closet, sorting through some of her foal outfits. Sweetie Belle watched curiously before glancing at Rainbow Dash in confusion.

Rainbow blushed in response to the look. "Er..." she mumbled, sucking on the pacifier a bit as she tried to think of something to say. "She's findin' me some wess foawish wookin' cwothes..." she explained, hoping that the answer would satisfy Sweetie Bell. "Den wewe going out fow wunch." She looked down at her hooves, sitting quietly.

"Oh. Okay. I think you look cute enough already though." Sweetie Belle smiled. "Maybe you could wear a pink diaper cover like I had?"

"Sweetie Belle, I said I'd let her wear something else. I already put her in one of your dresses before." Rarity said. "Oh, I think I found something for you." Rarity smiled, taking out a small set of sleeveless overalls. However, there was also a button in the crotch so she could easily change Rainbow's diaper if necessary. It would also cover her cutie mark too, in case they went out again. "Here, this should be the right size for you." she smiled, coming over to her and starting to dress Rainbow Dash in it.
