Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

I have been itching to do an rp involving one of my most favorite anime characters Rei Hino, a.k.a Sailor Mars. The idea is that Rei ends up in a situation that gets her diapered (for whatever reason you wish, be it an accident, revenge, blackmail, etc.) by another character (preferably female). Because of that Rei is forbidden to use the toilet and must use her diapers and could also be forced into other situations (i.e. babying, bondage, etc.) to add in a little extra fun. I wish to be the one playing Rei so I need a dom for the rp.
