She knew he wasn't empty and would likely be leaking for the next few hours , so best to go with a high absorbency one for now until she was sure he was done flooding himself. She had done this enough to know how to do it quickly and painlessly. She tore the tabs , wiped him down and bundled up the soiled diaper and threw it out. Applying generous amounts of rash cream and powder ; the next one was taped on and she tugged his clothes back on "there we go , clean and dry" she said as she held him to her chest and rubbing his beck to ease any discomfort he had.
