Julian, however, decided to get up. His dinner was still very much in his system, so he got out of bed, and groggily wandered around the house, looking for a bathroom. The first door he opened, however, decidedly wasn't one.

"ARCEUS!" He exclaimed, shocked, as he flipped on the lights to a massive, bright-pink room, filled to the brim with massive baby furniture, and diapers.

"Julian!" A cry comes from the bedroom, and Meryl rushes in, half throwing on a bathrobe. "What's wrong? Are your injuries...oh..." She stops short as she realizes the room they're in and her face goes bright red. "Ummm, I can explain...."

The room is a fully prepared nursery, with a crib, dresser, and toy chest along the right wall, and a massive changing table, pile of stuffed Pokemon, and play table on the left. Everything looks brand new and top of the line.

"Y-Yeah, go right ahead," Julian said, blushing, as he paced around the room, "It's fine, though, I assure you... Whatever it is, it's not worth judging you... Anything means anything, and that's a promise."

"Well...I want to adopt a human," Meryl sighs as she goes over to a rocking chair and sinks into it. "You know how a lot of pokemon had a new surge of parental instinct after the great change? Well mine was particularly strong and it's been burning in me from the moment I changed." She pauses and sighs. "Of course, I wasn't able to claim one when I was a chief medical officer for obvious reasons, and our local branch of the adoption agency has yet to find a single one in our area." She sighs and picks up a stuffed Pokemon and starts rocking in the chair. "So I'm left to wait, and keep my nursery ready for the baby I want more than anything...the baby that sometimes I worry I'll never get to have."

"Wh-What about me?" Julian proposed, looking at her, devastated seeing her so vulnerable. She just didn't look right so downtrodden, "I-I'm weak, I need constant assistance, I love it when you're nice and sweet to me... I think this is everything, Meryl, and, who knows, I might like it... We'd just need to try, and find a way to make it work..."

Meryl looks up, a surprised look on her face. "Julian what are you saying?" She asks standing up and walking to him. "You'd really let me...well baby you?"

"I-I mean, you've looked after me before..." Julian said, blushing even brighter, "You display the ability to be sweet, caring, and... If someone deserves a child, it's you, and it's something I'd be willing to do for you. Anything means anything... And, if you think that owing stuff is on you, it's not... It's all me. I just... it would make me happy to let you do what you want with me..."

Meryl watches him as he says all this to her. As she listens, her expression starts shifting from confusion and surprise to a big, bright smile. As soon as she finishes, she pulls him close, kissing him on the lips. "Oh Julian, that would be wonderful! Thank you so much," She backs up with a sniff, wiping a tear a away, before smiling again. "But if we're going to do this, we better get started quickly." She raises her wand and Julian floats off the ground and towards the changing table.

Julian returns it, embracing her, before being lifted off of his feet, and floating across the bright pink room.

"I-I... uhhhh..." He thought for a moment, blushing, "Wh-Why do we need to start quickly? Shouldn't we have a safeword, or something?"

"Hmm I suppose that is a good point," Meryl says as he lands on the padded table. "All right, if you ever want to stop the babying how about a safeword of...Fortree City? And if for whatever reason you can't talk, snap your fingers three times in quick succession." With that Meryl steps closer and leans toward him until their faces are almost touching. "Now, with that agreed on, if you're still up for this, from this moment onward, until I decide to stop or you invoke your safeties, you will be my darling little baby boy, complete with all the rules, restrictions, and pleasures I come up with. Do you agree?"
