Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

( really your not thinking very hard. they have jutsu that heal wounds and regenerate skin, they can breath fire and make clones of them self's but not have a jutsu to make women able to breast feed? -_- )

(am i saying it's not possible? No, I'm saying it's unlikely that they would have a jutsu for it. Like they wouldn't have a jutsu for a woman's period, a man's erection, and birth itself, is my point)

( and what about if a new born loses its mother? dont you think they'ed have a way tp breast feed them? besides it wouldn't be out of te box to assume Tsunade THE GREATEST medical Ninja ever wouldn't be able to use Jutsu to make her self lactate after all she CAn make her body look like shes fraking ANY AGE she wants with bediacl jutsu. )

(then they probably have ways to nourish the child, like naruto....... with some woman's breast milk if they breast feed in the first place.
How old is tsunade and how should she look then if she can change her appearance.
All I'm saying is that I don't remember anything like it being mentioned. It is possible, just not something that came up. If you would just let sakura suckle like you wanted i'll just say she sucked the lactate out of her like magic. I'm willing to work with you here sweetie, i was just saying it didn't make sense with the show)

( Tsunades OVER 50 years old in the show. she uses Jutsu rejuvenate her body and de age it. so she cane be 25 one day and 15 the next if she wanted. )
Sakura simply latched on To Tsunades breast
