Scootaloo sighed as she suckled on her pacifier. She felt the medicine coating her throat and soothing the pain the coughing had caused. "That's much better." She nodded her head happily as relief finally came.

Rainbow Dash let out a relieved sigh. She felt a little guilty about taking Scootaloo out now, but she knew the filly needed at least a little fresh air. "What time is it?" She muttered to herself, looking for her alarm clock. She must have knocked it off the bedside table or something.

Scootaloo felt a lot better after that fresh air. "I can't believe you get to see that everyday mom! That view was amazing!" She still couldn't get over the view, it was spectacular. "So what time is it?" She continued to suckle her pacifier, feeling the effects of the medicine.

"Nearly midday. Must have been out there longer than I thought." Dash scratched her head as she looked at it. "Feeling hungry or anything?" She asked, not willing to leave Scootaloo to nap without being sure she was fine.

"I'm a little hungry but besides that I'm just a little sleepy." She replied. Her stomach did give out a little growl, but it could wait a few hours definitely.

Dash ruffled her purple mane and helped the filly settle in. "If you're sure. I'll hang about until you're asleep and if I'm not in the room when you wake up, I promise I'll be right there checking every ten minutes." She was maybe being a little over cautious but she knew she could be careless without realising it and was over-compensating in reaction.

Scootaloo smiled and lay her head back down. She felt sleepy, and soon her eyes began to grow heavy. After a few minutes of silence, she fell into a deep sleep. She slept soundly for a few hours, into the afternoon. Her diaper became yellow-tinted as she slept as she wet it.

Rainbow Dash watched the filly for a while as she slept before leaving to do stuff around the house. It was make work really, but she just wanted her hooves busy for once. If she tried to think about all this while laying on the couch she'd fall asleep, so she tried to not let that happen while she thought.

After a few hours, the orange filly woke up. The pacifier had remained in her mouth the entire time, and her throat felt a lot better. She had somehow ended up on her stomach from where she had fallen asleep on her back. Looking back at her flank, she could see her diaper had been flooded once again. She finally came to terms with this, and would probably have to tell the girls if they ever did a sleepover anytime soon.

Rainbow Dash trotted into the room a minute later, smiling when she saw that Scootaloo was awake. "Hey Scoots, sleep well?" She picked up the filly and moved her to changing mat, stripping off her old diaper and casually cleaning her before replacing it.
