Shadow Play
Bakura moved into the gymnasium shuffling his card sketch an evil grin as the ring around his neck began to glow. He waited and watched as Tea Gardner walked into the gym as well and he faced her from mid court.
"Well well, I guess the kiddo wants to play the big kid game" he teases.

"What do you even want, Bakura?" Téa asked, a little agitated. She was meant to be in class at this time, yet this kid dragged her here, for what . . . a duel?

"I want to play a little game with you Tea. The other punks at this school have been a sad disappointment" he explains.

"I have no quarrel with you, Bakura," Téa told him. "What do you want from me?" Her annoyance grew at this kid's tone. Why did he suddenly want a duel so bad, and why was he being so creepy?

(This makes it much more difficult for me to get into. If the idea was to randomly trap her, then I wouldn't have started that way.)
"I want a duel Tea, unless you feel you're already as pathetic as the rest of your school mates" he explains.

(But we had planned that they would be going there for a duel.......They were going in and you wanted taunting or whatever so that's what I was doing... It didn't make any sense to me, but i went with it. From what I understood they were dueling to duel, but Tea would realize an outcome she didn't expect)

(When I said taunting, I was referring to how the show does - I figured they were already in a dueling scenario, and Bakura was drawing cards, as I mentioned before. Since it's the beginning, I figured we'd start it off with some dialogue while they got set up, beginning the duel immediately. Through this, Téa could've explained, in her mind, what she thought of the situation, why she was here, what was going on to her knowledge. Instead, you had her walking into the room, willingly, so I didn't have much to go off of there. I figured you were going to do something to put them in a duel . . . simply saying he wants to play a game isn't necessary enough to get her to do so >.> )

(*Rubs temples* I suppose this should have been discussed pre roleplay. The show's duel are ALWAYS based on the situation at hand. Rarely do they duel just for the heck of it. When they do it for the heck of it, it's always something like "You better get ready for this!" as far as 'taunting'.
I remember we decided on where we would duel, but never just dueling or starting up the duel. You mentioned coming into the room and made it seem to me like Bakura lured her in to duel, but I was just thinking they'd meet there to duel. I made her come in, because that's all I thought it was going to be, was her coming in to do the duel. )

(Nah, with characters who are controlled by some shadow version, they're always looking intimidating and saying things to taunt the other good duelist, attempting to throw them off guard and such. Considering we don't necessarily have a "situation at hand," but rather dueling because Bakura wants to, that sort of option is out. I just wanted to start off in the duel so we didn't have to worry about how they met for it. We just know it happened, so you could surmise . . . he probably lured her, either yami or not, but it's turned into this. LOL so what you wanna do~)
