Purple Heart would just chuckle at how the white-haired girl was acting a bit pouty as she told her "Of course. You're being mommy's little angel right now, after all." in praise for her overall good attitude so far about all this. Neptune would make sure to spoon feed Weiss the rest of her baby food before she went to tend to her own needs. After about a minute or so, the heiress had finished with all the food that the goddess had gotten out for her. And after a quick trip to the kitchen once more, Neptune returned with a with pudding-cup and spoon in hand.

Sitting down at the nearby table with it, the purple-haired woman just started to eat the treat as all the while Weiss could watch her as she did so. Stuck inside her highchair at the moment, it was basically the only thing the heiress could do for right now. Although if she had anything she wanted to talk to Neptune about, this seemed like a good time as any to do that.

Weiss looked at the spoonful in front of her. While she was glad the feeding wasn't paused she wouldn't mind waiting between bites as she still wasn't used to the feeling of the mush going down her throat, even after all the food is gone. Now stuck in the highchair all Weiss could do was watch Neptune leave the dining room and returning seconds later with the pudding cup, something the heiress knew she was not having tonight. Not that she didn't want it Weiss just saw it as something better than being fed mushy apples.

Watching Purple Heart eat Weiss would feel around the underside of the highchair, wanting to see if she could find a way out herself. She may be treated as a baby but Weiss was still a grown-up so figuring out how to undo a highchair should have been a piece of cake. Problem was she couldn't see underneath the tray so she had no idea if what she was feeling was some kind of a button or just a plastic edge. After a minute Weiss would give up and stare at Neptune.

"So...what kind of stuff happens in this place?" the heiress wondered. So far, aside with some differences here and there, it was pretty much the same of Remnant but she still wants to learn more if she was gonna be here awhile.

As Neptune was busy eatng her pudding, she did lightly watched as Weiss attempted to free herself from her high chair in vain. She wasn't worried about Weiss being to get out on her own, as from what Nepgear told her that it was frankly nearly impossible for someone put into it to get out without outside help. Which would no doubt help make Weiss feel just that much more 'litttler'.

Upon being asked the question from her new baby girl, Purple Heart stopped eating for a moment and turned towards the heiress as she explain to her "Here in the basilicom? This is where the CPU's of the nation live and work in. There are four nations so there are four basilicoms in total in the area of Gamindustri. This is the one for the nation of Planeptune, and it's where me, Nepgear, and Histy work to keep it continuing to run. Such as paperwork needed to approve new projects within the nation or making new laws." Though she didn't bring up how out of the three of them, Neptune was the one to laze off on doing most of her work for the nation "If we do a good job at it, the people of Planeptune will think good of our role...and those good feelings turn into faith for us which can make us better able to help the citizens of Planeptune, and by extension Gameindusti, even more."

After giving Weiss a second or two to digest that, Purple Heart then asked her "Does that answer your question?

Weiss had to take a second to understand all of what Neptune just said. An answer like that would surely loose anyone else she knew from Remnant, especially Ruby. Though she did understand the part of it passing new laws and approving new projects. "So this place is like some government building, right?" Weiss questioned, "Doesn't sound any different from how things are run back at my home in Atlas." Still, she was curious about what goes on outside the place, something she didn't want to know right away because that might being shown off padded.

"So....er...when are you gonna....start carrying around town?" Weiss wondered. While she didn't want it she knew it was gonna happen whether she wanted it or not.

"In a manner of speaking, yes. I suppose you could consider it a sort of government building." Purple Heart replied back to Weiss. However the heiress's next question did have her let out a chuckle over how embarrassed Weiss seemed over it. However for now, she decided to humor her baby girl so she told her "Well I was thinking that maybe you could head out tomorrow to see more of the city. I was thinking of having Nepgear be the one to go out with you though, as I'd draw too much attention right now if I went out with you like I do here. I can see it now...headlines talking about how their goddess is doting on an oversized baby that arrived out of no where..." So it seemed like at the very least, Neptune wasn't that willing to go out in public in her HDD form along with babying Weiss until she had some time to explain to her citizens about it. Which was likely a bit of a relief for the heiress.

Weiss felt at ease at Purple Heart's answer, being able to relate as she was a bit of a celebrity back in her own world. Being the heiress of a company was too big of a reputation for her if she was ever caught in the streets of Vale in diapers. That was why she took great strides to make sure nobody ever figured out about her condition. Sadly there didn't see to be a way out for Weiss here as she was gonna be made public whether it was Purple Heart, Nepgear, or anyone else associated with them.

Meanwhile Neptune used the time that Weiss was thinking over things to herself to finish eating the rest of her pudding. Once she had, she got up and headed over to Weiss. "Alright, let's get you ready for your bathtime." Purple Heart lightly cooed to the heiress as she worked to undo the highchair's locks before then pulling Weiss up into her arms once she had been freed.

Carrying her through the basilicom's hallways, they soon entered a bathroom with a rather spacious bathtub inside. Enough so that even Weiss would be able to comfortably stretch her legs while inside it. "I'm sure that the bathtub will be big enough to comfortably fit you, right?" Neptune asked the white-haired girl as she set her down onto her feet before then closing the door to the bathroom so that no one else could happen upon the scene. However, she didn't really wait for Weiss's answer to that as the purple-haired girl went over to the heiress and started to strip her clothing from her. She would strip her down to her diaper and only her diaper, before then lightly gazing upon Weiss's diaper like she was trying to think about what to do with it now. It didn't seem like a good idea to put her into the bath with her still wearing it, after all.

Weiss blushed even harder at the mention of bath time. Before she can even put up a fuss about it the white-haired was already unbuckled and lifted out of her highchair. After yet another trip through the hallways Weiss found herself in a bathroom. It didn't look like the bathroom she was in earlier but it didn't matter much to her. What mattered was the humiliation she was enduring as she was set on her feet and stripped to her diaper.

"H-hey," she flustered, immediately covering herself once her chest was bare. Her padded butt was now on full display and looked like it was nice and clean at the moment. Weiss eyed the bathtub, seeing how very big it was, just like the tubs back at her home. One thing for certain was that she was glad to be in such a luxurious bath for once. Only thing she had back at Beacon was a cramped tub and shower.

Neptune still seemed at a bit of a loss on how to handle given a diaper while she was giving her a bath. Wiess could be alright without one...right? Even then, if Weiss did need them even taking a bath then what was she to do about it? Nepgear did inform her that she had gotten her some swim diapers, so those would pass okay if she had to put one of them onto Wiess she figured.

In the end, she decided that it would likely to be best to get Weiss's experience into account. "Weiss, umm...do you normally wear diapers or something like that when you take baths or showers?" The goddess went and asked the heiress about it to learn what she had to know about it.

Weiss was wondering what was taking Purple Heart so long until the question was asked. "I figure you were gonna ask me something like that," the girl flustered, rubbing her own crinkly butt a bit, "Normally I take my baths right after I notice by diaper was used so that way no accidents happen in the tub," she explained, "And for showers I try to take them as quick as possible." The worst part about being diaper dependent was that she never really had much time to enjoy a luxurious bath. "Y....you know if...you have diapers better fit for being in water I would gladly wear them," she told Purple Heart.
