She was pretty sure that Weiss was most likely still feeling anxious about heading out dressed like the baby she was going to be while she was here, but she was sure she would get used to it once she did.

Since a baby girl, no matter how big she may otherwise be, shouldn't have to have to change herself." Neptune then stated to Weiss as she was finishing up with rinsing out the rest of her hair. Getting the soap out and lathering up a wash-rag to wash her body off with. "Alright, now it's time for you to stand up in the tub so that I can get your body clean. I can't really do that as long as it's soaking in the water..." She told her as she waited on Weiss to do so. However likely unknown to the White-haired young woman, her body was near the point that she was going to mess soon with no ability to stop it on her part. Thankfully for her she was wearing those swim diapers, so it would contain it whenever she happened to go.

Weiss would nod at that statement, knowing what Purple Heart was talking about. She sometimes felt that she was babysitting Ruby anytime the two ever did anything together. Much of the suds were rinsed out of her hair at this point, making them perfectly straight and long as it dipped into the water. With the hair done Weiss would be ready for the rest of her body to be cleaned up, something that she knew she was gonna have to get used to real fast.

What Purple Heart said next would get the white-haired all flustered again. "Th-that wouldn't include b-being changed in p-public, right?" Weiss would ask nervously as she stood herself up, covering up her small chest with her arms as her swim diapered butt was exposed. The cool air would hit her warm body which made her feel even colder. It was the most difficult part of being in a warm bath: having to get out of it. Though that would be the least of her worries with a need to go forming in the girl, one that she was completely unaware of. It would be unlikely that her swim diaper would be clean before bath time would be over.

Neptune lightly chuckled a bit as Weiss showed her worry over being changed in public to her, though it was something that she understood and empathized with. "I don't think you have to worry about that. I have no desire to put you through that, and Nepgear would be too nice to even go forward with with such an idea if you were the least bit worried over it. So I think it's safe to say that you'll be getting your changes in places like restrooms where it can be private." Purple Heart explained to Weiss as she begun to wash her body using the wash-rag.

Starting with her neck before then heading down her body, Neptune did her best to be delicate as she scrubbed Weiss clean. As soap bubbles accumulated on Weiss, Purple Heart stopped for a bit once she had gotten down to her breasts and told Weiss in a soft tone "Sweetie, I'm going to need you to take your hands off of your breasts so that I can get them washed too. I promise it'll be over before you know it."
