Purple Heart did blush a bit as Weiss lifted up her dress and showed her wet diaper since she wasn't exactly expecting it. Still though, she kept a collected head about it as she knew it was something that must have deeply affected Weiss. "That explains what you meant by getting a change." Neptune let out to Weiss as she realized it. However on seeing Weiss stumble a bit in trying to explain, Purple Heart lightly grabbed and held Weiss's shoulders in a way to comfort the other girl as she kindly told her with a reassuring smile "It's okay Weiss, you don't have to work yourself up over it. Just calm down and take your time to explain if you need to...I'll be patent. And I won't judge you."

Weiss would calm down a bit as she lowered her skirt back. Clearly Neptune, or the current version of her, seemed very understanding. "Okay, th...thing is...I....was never fully potty-trained," Weiss admitted, her face very red, "So I have to wear diapers and right now I need a change. Pr-problem is that I don't really have another diaper on me nor do I know where to get one. C....c......can you h...help me out here.....please?"

Neptune just listened to Weiss explain why she needed diapers. While she couldn't help her with her missing potty training, she could at least help with her diapers. "Of course, thank you for telling me Weiss. I don't think that we have any diapers here but I can have someone bring some over here as quickly as possible." She explained to Weiss while giving her a slight hug, actually sounding very motherly as she did so. It was clear that at the very least she wanted Weiss to be happy, and the fact that she had to wear diapers was not stopping that desire in any way. "Oh, do you want a certain kind of diaper to try to get before I send out someone to get them for you?" Neptune then asked Weiss as she was ready to head out to do just that and figuring it best to ask just in case she wanted a certain kind like pull up style or taped-on style, or one with designs on them or just pretty plain ones.

Weiss blushed a bit from the hug. Whether this was the Neptune she is seeing now or the one she saw when she met this was still embarrassing. Though all the blushing in the world wasn't gonna get her out of this soaked diaper. "I...er...I am fine with any diaper as long as I am not wearing this one," Weiss told the woman, pausing for a few seconds, "B-but....if I have to pick which one got any d-diapers that can be t-taped together? Those are the kind that I prefer to wear the most."

Purple Heart just nodded and told Weiss "I understand. You don't have to worry about it, it'll be fine" before then heading out to take care of that. While they waited for the Basilicom staff member that had been charged to get it, Neptune came back to get Weiss and lead her to her own private bathroom. There she had Weiss sit down on the toilet, that way if her diaper leaked before she could get changed then it wouldn't be making a mess on the floor.

After a while, Purple Heart reentered the bathroom carrying in a pack of diapers. "Sorry about the wait, I hope your diaper is still holding up but it's okay if it didn't. I have to ask though...do you want to handle changing yourself now? I'll understand and leave the room if you want to do it yourself. Or do you need assistance with it by any chance? I may not know how to change a diaper...but I can at least try to help you out if you need it." She asked Weiss as she looked at the white-haired girl as she awaited her answer.

Weiss flustered cutely as she was lead into a private bathroom. Sitting her butt on the toilet the white-haired did feel a bit better now that they were secluded in a private room. Just because she was unheard of in this world didn't mean she wasn't embarrassed over random people seeing her diaper. The whole time Weiss waited the girl amazingly didn't soak her diaper further to the point where it began to leak.

Weiss would fluster again when Neptune, or in this case Purple Heart, would return with the package diapers. "I...I can handle being changed on my own," the girl admitted. Due to needing to keep her secret a secret, even from her teammates, Weiss had to learn to change herself whenever the girl got the chance. "J-just set the diapers down here and I'll take c-care of everything from here."

While normally Neptune would accept Weiss's statement and let her change herself, she had enough experience with a tsundere of her own to know that people like Weiss often hid their true feelings in an attempt to have a prouder aura to themselves. It isn't until someone actually broke through the walls that they put up that they could accept something that they wanted but were too ashamed to freely admit...and if Neptune was good at one thing, it was breaking walls whether it was those mental walls to even the 4th wall itself.

"Are you sure about that though? It seems to me that you have a bit of an opportunity here for a restart." Purple Heart warmly and kindly asked Weiss as she put her hand onto her shoulder with just enough pressure to be comforting for the white haired girl once she put the diaper package down on the floor, which honestly made her seem motherly. Though she didn't know it, it was something that affected Weiss a bit due to how her family had treated her rather poorly growing up...something that made her long to see how it was if she really did have a loving motherly figure in her life to raise her. "You're here in this new world with no one you know to see you, so you can live in a different way to see what it's like and not be judged upon your return. While I don't know how you lived before you got here, with how you struggled to reveal to me your condition...something tells me that you feel extremely ashamed of them and the fact that you wear them when you shouldn't be." Purple Heart then explained to the heiress.

"So...why don't you let me change your diaper for you so you can see what its like?" She then asked Weiss with a warm smile. "I don't mind doing it if it makes you happy. As long as I see you smile, that's all I care about!" Neptune was sure that allowing Weiss to be more exposed with her diapers would make her much more comfortable with them and admitting that she wears them by the time that she returned home. However if Weiss showed more interest in the idea than she expected, then Neptune was ready to treat the 'restart' idea even more seriously and actually start babying Weiss a bit. If the heiress was interested in that, Neptune trusted that by now she broke enough of Weiss's mental walls to let the girl reveal her desire to Neptune.

Just as Weiss would grab for the package and kindly escort Purple Heart out the woman before her would begin to explain away her offer to the white-haired. At first she would begin to hear her out, as her upbringing taught her that it would be rude otherwise. Weiss would plan on saying no as oon as the woman would finish but the more Purple Heart added on about having a restart and seeing what a kind motherly figure would be like, something she never had much of in her world, the more Weiss became more interested in the idea. However she wasn't completely sold on the idea just yet.

Of course there was on other thing Weiss neglected to share. She did have a dislike of having to change herself but because she didn't have anyone else on Remnant to change her without judging her she was always the one who have to change her own diapers. Plus the restart idea may not be so bad. Would take lots of pressure off of the heiress. "F....fine," she shyly answered, giving off a cute blush, "B...but only because I d-don't want to change my own diapers." While Weiss didn't want to share her true feelings just yet the girl, deep down, wanted to see where Purple Heart's offer would take her.

Neptune at first could only note that Weiss really did have all the hallmarks of a tsundere with how she responded back. She honestly found it enjoyable it it reminded her of her own friend. In any event though, she knew how to get through to them, and in this form she was restrained enough to not really goad Weiss over it...most of the time. Neptune just smiled as Weiss told her that before then replying back "That's fine. I imagine that they must be tough to change yourself anyway."

Without even so much as a word at that point, Purple Heart help eased Weiss down unto the floor as she gently lifted the skirt of her dress up for her. Once Weiss was laying down and Neptune got out the changing supplies, she started by opening Weiss's diaper and started to clean her with a wipe. Although this was her first time changing a diaper, Neptune was a bit of a quick learner when she wanted to be so she was as gentle as she could be when it came to cleaning her.

"Admittingly.....yes," Weiss confessed. Despite trying to act perfect in every way nine times out of ten the girl always gets the tapes of her diaper hooked on crookedly. Now that she had given approval towards Purple Heart the white-haired would find herself right on the floor. Blushing cutely, but maintaining her stoic face, Weiss would watch as the woman got the new diaper and the changing supplies together. Right away Weiss felt the wipe glide across her. While cold it didn't bother her too much as she was used to that feeling at this point.
